WG Zimmer / room in a shared flat

Man ist in 3 min zu Fuß bei U6 Burggasse-Stadthalle und beim Urban-Loritz- Platz, wo ganz ganz viele Straßenbahnen fahren. Der Bus 48 ist auch gleich um die Ecke und auch der Westbahnhof und die U3 sind ganz easy zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wenn man einmal den Gürtel überquert ist man auch direkt im hippen 7.Bezirk wo es unzählige Cafes, Boutiquen, Antiquitätenläden etc. gibt. Da die Anbindung generell so gut ist, kommt man auch echt überall in die Stadt schnell hin (ich geh echt oft auch einfach zu Fuß in den 1. Bezirk oder zur Hauptuni) und muss sich Abends z.B. nach dem fortgehen auch keine Sorgen machen, dass nichts mehr fährt ;)

3min walking distance to (metro) U6 Burggasse-Stadthalle and Urban-Loritz-Platz, where you can find numerous buses and trams! Metro U3 and railway station Westbahnhof are also very easy to get to and in walking distance.
Honestly, the transportation facilities here are just great and you can reach any place within the city easily.
The neighborhood (6&7th district) is a very hip area, which offers many little coffeshops, bars, pubs, boutiques, antique shops, flea markets and more and you're so close to the city centre (first district + main university) that I usually just take a nice walk there. Plus, after a night out you never have to worry about how to get back home, since you're connected so well ;)

Ich heiße Bianca (21) studiere Vergleichende Literaturwissenschaft und bin Theaterschauspielerin. Ich bleibe über den Sommer in Frankreich um AuPair zu machen, also in meinem Zimmer würdest du schlafen :)
Wohnen würdest du mit Patrick (24) und eventuell auch jemand neues, da Martin unsere drittes Glied im Bunde, beschlossen hat mit seiner Freundin zusammen zu ziehen und sein Zimmer deshalb auch frei wird.

Patrick ist Medizinstudent, bald im 7. Semester und kommt aus Bayern. Er ist sehr sportbegeistert, spielt selbst auch Fußball und geht gerne ins Gym. Außerdem hat er in seinem Zimmer eine E-Gitarre, aber wir glauben, dass die nur zur Dekoration da ist ;) Patrick ist super offen und freut sich immer über ein chilliges Zusammensein und gutes Bier oder Gin, zuhause, im Park oder einer Bar - nach fast 3 Jahren zusammen wohnen, kann ich sagen, du könntest es schlimmer treffen ;))
Wichtig ist uns natürlich ein respekt- und rücksichtsvolles Zusammenleben, sodass jeder auch seinen Safe-Space hat und sich zurückziehen kann.

I’m Bianca (20) and you would sleep in my room :)
I do theater acting and I study comparative literature for my bachelors and will be doing AuPair in France over the summer.
You would be living with Patrick (24) and potentially someone new, as Martin, our third member, has decided to move in with his girlfriend, which means his room will be available too.

Patrick (24), originally from Bavaria, studies medicine in the 7th semester and is recently very passionate about plants haha and sports, plays football himself, and enjoys going to the gym. He also has an electric guitar in his room, but we believe it's just for decoration ;) He is incredibly easygoing and open-minded, always up for a relaxed get-together with some good beer or gin, whether it's at home, in the park, or at a bar. After living together for nearly 3 years, I can honestly say, you could do worse ;))

Of course, it's important to us to have a respectful and considerate living environment where everyone has their own safe space.

Die Miete ist 500€ pro Monat und da kommt auch nichts mehr hinzu. Die Wohnung und mein Zimmer sind komplett ausgestattet (Möbel, WLAN, SmartTV im Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett & -eisen, alle möglichen Küchengeräte -sogar Eismaschine und Reiskocher haha-, Dartscheibe, Bier-Pong-Tisch, ...) und dir steht natürlich alles zu Verfügung.
Es gibt einen Aufzug und mit dem hat man auch direkten Zugang zur Lugner City Garage.

The rent is 500€ per month all in all. The apartment and my room are fully equipped (furniture, WiFi, SmartTV in the living room, washing machine, iron & board, all sorts of kitchen appliances - even ice maker and rice cooker haha-, dartboard, beer pong table, ...) and is of course at your disposal.
There is an elevator, which also gives you direct access to the Lugner City Garage.
