Deshalb würde ich gerne in diesem Zeitraum mein möbliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete anbieten. Die Wohnung teilt man sich mit meiner super lieben und offenen WG-Kollegin Gurdrun. sie ist 28 Jahre alt und studiert Biologie (PhD) an der Hauptuni. Für uns ist ein harmonisches Zusammenleben, vor allem ein unkompliziertes, umgängliches und respektvolles Miteinander entscheidend. Es ist eine strenge Nichtraucher-WG.
Ich freue mich, wenn wir uns bei einer Wohnungsbesichtigung kurz Unterhalten und den ersten Eindruck entscheiden zu lassen.

Flat invites spacious living together. I am a self-employed film director and painter and will be away from Vienna for work all of Oktober. Therefore, I would like to offer my furnished room for interim rent during this period. The flat is shared with my super dear and open-minded flat-sharing friend Gudrun. she is 28 years old and studies Biologie (PhD) at the Main univeristy. For us, living together in harmony, especially an uncomplicated, affable and respectful coexistence is crucial. It is a strict non-smoking flat-sharing community.
I would be happy to have a short chat during a flat viewing and let the first impression decide.
