Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 18qm groß und zur Zwischenmiete von Anfang August bis Mitte September zu vergeben (auf genau Ein- und Auszugsdaten können wir uns gerne einigen). In dem Zimmer ist ein großes Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, und ein großer Kasten zum Benutzen vorhanden. In der Wohnküche findet man auch alles, was man braucht, von Geschirrspüler über Mikrowelle über Toaster bis hin zur Couch für gemütliche Abende (:
Das Tolle an der Wohnung ist (meiner Meinung nach 😉) vorallem der Zugang zu den zwei gemeinschaftlichen Dachterrassen, auf denen man genug Platz findet um die Sonne zu genießen (zb. In der Holz-Hollywood Schaukel..). Gerade im Sommer ein Traum..
The room is about 18 sqm and is for rent from the beginning of August to mid-September (we can agree on exact move-in and move-out dates). The room has a large bed, desk and chair, and a large wardrobe to use. The kitchen-living room also has everything you need, from a dishwasher to a microwave, a toaster and a couch for cosy evenings (:
The great thing about the flat (in my opinion 😉) is the access to the two communal roof terraces, where there is enough space to enjoy the sun (e.g. in the wooden Hollywood swing...). A dream, especially in summer.
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden, in 4min ist man zu Fuß bei der U6 Gumpendorferstr. Am Westbahnhof ist man in 10min und hat dort quasi alle Möglichkeiten, zur Mariahilferstraße ist es somit auch nicht weit. Wer Lust auf Grünes hat ist vorallem mit dem Rad im Handumdrehen im Auer-Welsbach-Park oder auch in Schönbrunn.
The flat is very well connected, in 4 minutes you can walk to the U6 Gumpendorferstr. It takes 10 minutes to get to the Westbahnhof, where you have almost all possibilities, and it is also not far to Mariahilferstraße. If you are in the mood for greenery, you can reach the Auer-Welsbach-Park or Schönbrunn by bike in no time.
Du würdest mit meiner Untermieterin Gabriela (23) zusammenwohnen, die gerade für ein Praktikum bis Ende August in Wien ist. Ab Anfang September bin ich selber wieder da (Therese, 26, ich studiere Gesang und ich würde mich dann noch auf nette zwei gemeinsame Wochen freuen, wenn sich ungezwungen gemeinsame Zeit ergibt)

In dem Haus sind quasi nur Studenten-WGs, wenns mal etwas lauter wird, war das noch nie ein Problem. .

Die Hausanlage beinhaltet im Keller auch einen kleinen Fitness- und einen Boulderraum.
There are nearly only student flatshares in the house, so if it gets a bit noisy, that's never been a problem.
