Das 20m² große Zimmer ist durch die großzügigen Fenster sehr hell und man bekommt vom Straßenlärm kaum etwas mit.
Der Raum ist voll möbliert, auch mit Computer-Bildschirm.
Die Pflanzen verschönern das Zimmer, aber bitte lass sie nicht sterben! :)
Insgesamt gibt es reichlich Stauraum für dein Zeugs.
The 20m² room is very bright due to the generous windows and you hardly get any of the street noise.
The room is fully furnished, even with a computer screen.
The plants beautify the room, but please do not let them die! :)
Overall, there is plenty of storage space for your stuff.
Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist echt top! Die Straßenbahn- /Nachtbusstation (9,49,N49) liegt um die Ecke (1 min). U3 und U6 sind ebenfalls nur 5-7 min entfernt. Zur Fuß und mit dem Rad bist du schnell im belebten 7.Bezirk.
Doch auch in unserer Gegend ist viel los. Etwa in den vielen Lokalen und Bars auf der Märzstraße oder dem Cafe Kriemhild im Nibelungenviertel.
Supermärkte (Billa, Hofer, Spar, Penny) und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (1-5 min).
Wenn du gerne schwimmen gehst ist das gegenüberliegende Stadthallenbad etwas für dich.
The public transport connection is really good! The tram / night bus station (9,49,N49) is around the corner (1 min). The metro lines U3 and U6 are also only 5-7 min away. On foot and by bike you are quickly in the lively 7th district.
But there is also a lot going on in our neighborhood. For example, in the many restaurants and bars on Märzstraße or the Cafe Kriemhild in the Nibelungenviertel.

If you like swimming, the Stadthallenbad across the street is something for you.
Wir sind eine 2er WG von guten Freunden. Doch da ich im Sommersemester 2023 ein Erasmus in Mailand mache, darfst du der/die neue/r Mitbewohner von Victor sein.
In dem großen Wohnzimmer gibt es genug Platz für gemeinsame Essen- oder Filmabende, auch mit anderen Leuten. Trotzdem solltest du nicht ständig andere Personen einladen haha.
Wenn du ein geselliger Mensch bist, der auch die Privatsphäre Anderer berücksichtigst bist du hier richtig !:)
We are a 2 person shared flat of good friends. But since I am doing an Erasmus in Milan in the summer semester 2023, you may be the new roommate of Victor.
In the big living room there is enough space for common dinner or movie nights, also with other people. Still, you shouldn't invite other people all the time haha.
If you are a sociable person who also respects the privacy of others you are right here !:)
Wir haben ein ausreichend schnelles W-LAN (Zum gamen wirds aber nicht immer reichen)
Ob Rauchen erlaubt ist musst du dir mit Victor ausmachen, aber ihr findet sicher eine Lösung.
Wir haben eine Infrarot-Heizung, die am Anfang etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig wirkt, aber du wirst schnell damit klar kommen.
We have a sufficiently fast W-LAN (but it won't always be enough for gaming lol).
Whether smoking is allowed, you have to work out with Victor, but I'm sure you will find a solution.
We have an infrared heater, which may seam tricky, but you will quickly get used to it.
