Großes Zimmer und tolle große Wohnung mit schöner Küche, großes helles Wohnzimmer, in dem gerne noch was für die Einrichtung getan werden kann. Das Zimmer ist leider sehr teuer aufgrund der Energiekosten, die Idee ist, sich das mit Airbnb im anderen Zimmer immer mal wieder reinzuholen ;) Das Zimmer ist möbliert, da mein Mitbewohner im Sommer wiederkommt, kann aber mit eigenen Möbeln ergänzt werden. Die Wohnung ist zwar im Erdgeschoss, die Fenster sind aber hoch genug, dass man von der Straße nicht direkt reinschauen kann. Großer Vorraum mit Platz für Fahrräder usw., eigentlich viel zu groß die Wohnung für zwei Leute...
Large room and great big apartment with nice kitchen, large bright living room. The room is unfortunately expensive due to energy costs, the idea is to get that in with Airbnb in the other room every now and then ;) The room is furnished as my roommate will be back in summer, but can be supplemented with your own furniture. The apartment is on the first floor, but the windows are high enough that you can't look in directly from the street. Large vestibule with space for bicycles, etc., a very big flat for two people, summer there will be amazing
Anbindung kann besser nicht sein, zwischen Westbahnhof (U6, U3, S-Bahn,...) und Gumpendorfer Straße, an der Grenze zum 6. und 7. Bezirk; special feature ist auf jeden Fall auch, dass im Westbahnhof die Geschäfte länger offen haben. Für die netten Bars und Cafes muss man über den Gürtel rüber in den 6. Bezirk oder U-Bahn fahren, geht aber alles flott. Ruhige, hübsche Straße und geschlossener Innenhof mit Terrasse und einem (!) Whirlpool. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist super cool, vor allem junge Paare oder Familien, mit denen werden wir sicher immer mal wieder auf der Terrasse zusammensitzen.
Connection can not be better, between Westbahnhof (U6, U3, S-Bahn,...) and Gumpendorfer Straße, on the border to the 6th and 7th district; special feature is in any case also that in the Westbahnhof the stores are open longer. For the nice bars and cafes you have to cross the Gürtel over to the 6th district or subway, but everything goes quickly. Quiet, pretty street and enclosed courtyard with terrace and a (!) Whirlpool. The house community is super cool, especially young couples or families, with whom we will certainly sit together a lot with on the terrace.
Nette, entspannte 2er-WG; ich bin im Master Agrarwissenschaften an der Boku und da relativ eingespannt und auch sonst gerne viel unterwegs, deshalb wahrscheinlich nicht so viel zuhause. Freu mich aber trotzdem über ein gemeinsames WG-Leben, das hat bisher richtig gut geklappt. Freu mich einfach wenn Du offen bist, entspannt und ehrlich kommunizierst, immer mal wieder den Putzlappen schwingst und Dich in der Wohnung wohlfühlst. Alles andere klärt sich dann ;) Wir sind noch gar nicht so lange in der Wohnung, deshalb muss an der Einrichtung noch gefeilt werden, da kannst du dich dann auch gerne austoben bei Bedarf
Nice, relaxed 2-person shared apartment; I'm in the Master of Agricultural Sciences at the BOKU and relatively busy, so probably not so much at home. But I'm still happy about a shared WG life, which has worked really well so far. I'm just happy if you are open, relaxed and honest communication, swing the cleaning rag now and then and feel comfortable in the apartment. Everything else will work out ;) We are not yet so long in the apartment, so there is still potential to change the look, I'm highly motivated
