Hello there!
I have a lovely 16m^2 fully furnished room available in my flat that I'm looking to rent out. The room comes with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk, nightstand, shelves, and a lamp. You'll also get direct sunlight in the morning through the two big windows that overlook the (mostly quiet) courtyard.
The flat itself is fully furnished with everything you'll need, and it's decorated with lots of plants that give it a homey feel. You'll have access to two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, and a large kitchen/hangout space that's great for chilling with friends.
Located in the 16th district, the flat is close to several transportation stations, including:
- Tram 46 (2 minutes by foot),
- Tram 2 (6 minutes by foot),
- Thaliastrasse U6 (8 minutes by foot).
You'll also find plenty of shops within walking distance, including spar, billa, Brunnenmarkt, bipa.
There are also cool places to hangout nearby, favourites include Yppenplatz, the Gürtel, Schmelz...
In terms of flat-life, you'll be sharing the space with me, Saulo, a 27-year-old from Spain who works full time as a software developer. I enjoy playing guitar in my spare time (with headphones, of course!), coding, and hanging out with friends. I'm sociable and often up for cooking, playing games, chatting, or going out.
I mostly speak English and Spanish, but I also speak ein bissl Deutsch. I'm pretty laid-back when it comes to flat responsibilities, the space is mostly clean and tidy, and we can work together to figure out a cleaning schedule if we want to.
**Some pictures have been taken with wide lens to get the whole room in so it may look bigger than it is in real life.
If you're interested, please tell me a bit about yourself, and we can arrange a viewing. Please note that the room is available from June until the beginning of October, but I am flexible with the dates. Also, just a heads up, the nebenkosten are subject to change, but it shouldn't be too dramatic.
