da ich mir eine eigene Bleibe gesucht habe, bin ich nun auf der Suche nach einer Nachmieterin/ einem Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Es ist ca 22 m2 groß und besticht durch viel Helligkeit und große Fenster. In der WG findet man die üblichen Räume (WC, Badezimmer, Küche), es gibt aber auch eine Loggia!
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 376,33 Euro, dazu kommen ca. 12 Euro für Internet und etwa 50-70 Euro Energiekosten (grobe Schätzung).

since I found an apartment for myself, I am looking for somebody to take over my room in a shared apartment. It's around 22 m2 big and since there is big windows, it's mostly filled with light. There are the usual rooms in the apartment (WC, bathroom, kitchen) but there is also a loggia!
The rent is 376,33 Euro plus 12 Euro for internet plus approximately 50-70 Euro for energy
Die WG befindet sich 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U6-Station Josefstädter Straße entfernt. Die Straßenbahnlinie 2 fährt praktisch direkt vor der Haustür ab, die Linie 5 ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in Reichweite (Spar, Hofer, Lidl, alle ca. 5-10 Minuten).
The apartment is around 5 minutes away from the U6 metro station Josefstädter Straße. A tramway line 2 station is almost in front of the house. Tramway line 5 is also not far away.
Shops like Spar, Hofer and Lidl are all around 5-10 minutes walking time away.
Das WG-Leben ist recht unkompliziert. Neben Dir wohnen Anja und Christoph in der WG. Anja studiert Deutsch als Fremdsprache im Master und Christoph Geographie und Mathematik auf Lehramt. Beide sind sehr umgänglich. Es handelt sich bei der WG aber um keine Party-WG, da alle berufstätig sind.
Life in the apartment is quite uncomplicated. Besides you Anja and Christoph live in the apartment. Anja does her master studies in German as foreign language and Christoph wants to be a teacher for geography and maths. Both are easy-going. There are not too many parties going on, since all are working while studying.
Die Nebenkosten verstehen sich als Schätzung. Im Moment sind monatlich 35:3 Euro (also ca. 12) für das Internet zu bezahlen und etwa 60-70 für Strom und Gas.
The additional costs are estimated. At the moment one has to pay 12 Euro for the internet and around 60-70 Euro for electricity and gas.
