Die Miete für alle Räume (inkl. Nebenkosten) beträgt jeweils 400 Euro pro Monat. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 85 qm groß. Es gibt einen großen Vorraum mit Stauraum, eine gemütliche Küche, in der wir gemeinsam essen, und eine schöne Loggia zum Hinterhof, wo wir auch gerne Zeit zum Lesen oder Entspannen verbringen.

The rent for all the rooms (including bills and additional costs) is 400 euros per month each. The apartment is about 85 square meters in total. There is a large anteroom with storage space, a cozy kitchen where we eat together, and a beautiful loggia facing the backyard, where we also like to spend time reading or relaxing.
Die Wohnung liegt im 16. Bezirk (Ottakring) in der Nähe der U-Bahn Josefstädter Straße und somit auch sehr zentrumsnah. Der Brunnenmarkt ist gleich um die Ecke, was bedeutet, dass einige der leckersten Falafel und Gözleme der Stadt nicht weit entfernt sind! Die lebendige gesellschaftliche Atmosphäre am Yppenplatz und sein Samstagsmarkt sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, weitere Geschäfte befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe (z. B. Spar, Hofer, Billa, Penny usw.). Zur Straßenbahnlinie 2 sind es maximal 2 Minuten zu Fuß und zur U-Bahn Josefstädter Straße bzw. den Straßenbahnlinien 5 und 33 sind es ca. 7 Minuten.

The apartment is located in the 16. district (Ottakring) near Josefstädter Straße U-Bahn, and therefore also very close to the city centre. The Brunnenmarkt is just around the corner, which means some of the city’s most delicious falafel and gözleme are not far away! The vibrant social life of Yppenplatz and its Saturday market is only a 5-minute walk away, other shops are also in the immediate vicinity (such as Spar, Hofer, Billa, Penny, etc.). It is a maximum of 2 minutes on foot to tram line 2 and to the Josefstädter Straße U-Bahn, or tram lines 5 and 33, it’s approx. 7 minutes.
Hier ist ein bisschen mehr über uns:
Vica (sie/ihr, 26) ist Doktorandin im dritten Jahr an der Akademie der bildenden Künste Wien. Sie forscht im Bereich Feminismus und Disability Studies und ist praktizierende Künstlerin. Sie genießt Musik, gemeinsames Kochen und Reden.
Sandra (sie/ihr, 27) ist Masterstudentin Philosophy and Economics an der Universität Wien, deren Forschungsinteresse feministischen Perspektiven auf kritische Fragen der Klassen- und sozialen Gerechtigkeit gilt. Sie spielt Mandoline und tanzt, liest und führt gerne interessante Gespräche.
Bal (er/ihm, 33) ist ein Künstler/Forscher, arbeitet derzeit im kulturellen Bereich und studiert einen Master in Critical Studies an der Akademie der bildenden Künste Wien mit einem Hintergrund in Filmwissenschaft und Politikwissenschaft/Internationalen Beziehungen. Außerdem kocht, tanzt und spaziert er gern.
Wir wollen in einer queerfeministischen, antirassistischen, antifaschistischen, nicht-ableistischen WG zusammenleben.
Wichtig ist uns auch, in der Wohnung einen behutsamen und offenen Raum zu schaffen, in dem wir uns wohlfühlen, um unsere Wünsche, Bedürfnisse und Sorgen miteinander zu teilen und den Lebensmitteleinkauf und die Hausarbeit gemeinsam zu organisieren.
Wir drei haben eine Mischung aus Englisch, Italienisch und Deutsch gesprochen. Wir freuen uns aber auch, andere Sprachen in der Wohnung begrüßen zu dürfen.

Here is a little bit more about us:
Vica (she/her, 26) is a third-year PhD student at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. She is doing research in the field of feminist and disability studies and is a practicing artist. She enjoys music, cooking together and talking.
Sandra (she/her, 27) is a Master’s student of Philosophy and Economics at the University of Vienna, whose research interest lies in feminist perspectives on critical issues of class and social justice. She plays the mandolin and likes dancing, reading and having interesting conversations.
Bal (he/him, 33) is a visual artist and researcher. He works in the cultural field and is currently doing a Master’s in Critical Studies at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, with a background in film studies and political science/international relations. He also likes cooking, dancing, and walking around.
We want to live together in a queerfeminist, antiracist, antifascist, non-ableist flatshare.
It is also important for us to create a careful and open space in the apartment in which we feel comfortable to share our wishes, needs and worries with one another and organize the grocery shopping and housework together.
Among the three of us we have spoken a mix of English, Italian, and German. We are happy to welcome other languages in the flat.
Damit wir drei die Nachrichten beantworten können, wäre es besser, wenn du uns auf Englisch schreiben könntest, aber ansonsten geht auch Deutsch :)
