Ich habe selbst 4 Jahre darin gelebt, möchte jedoch in da größere Zimmer umziehen.

I lived in it myself for 4 years, but would like to move to larger rooms.
The room will NOT be handed over furnished.
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Thaliastraße und daher ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut. Mit der 46/44/9er Straßenbahn kommt man in alle Himmelsrichtungen oder zur nächsten U3 oder U6 Station.
Auch der 10a Bus liegt gleich ums Eck.
Ottakring ist ein multikultureller Bezirk und auch der beliebte Brunnenmarkt und Yppenplatz ist in 15 min Fußweg erreichbar.

The apartment is directly on Thaliastraße and therefore the transport connection is very good. With the 46/44/9 tram you can go in all directions or to the next U3 or U6 station.
The 10a bus is also just around the corner.
Ottakring is a multicultural district and the popular Brunnenmarkt and Yppenplatz are also a 15-minute walk away.
Wenn du keine Hunde magst, bist du bei uns leider nicht richtig.
Ich bin oft arbeiten, reise aber auch viel und bin dementsprechend auch immer wieder lange unterwegs.
Manchmal wird auch die Nacht zum Tag, was heißt ich gehe neben meinem Sport (dem Klettern) auch gerne mal richtig feiern.
Mir ist ein gewisse Ordnung in der WG wichtig, was aber nicht so streng ist. Ich koche gern mal gemeinsam und freue mich auch über den einen oder anderen Besuch.
