The room is faced towards the yard, the window is facing east.
About the flat:
The whole flat was completely renovated in 2022 and is in good condition. The bathroom, toilet, insulation, walls, floor, heating, electricity, etc. are completely new. It is on the 3rd Floor without a lift and a renovated old building (Altbauwohnung), so thick and robust walls, and high rooms. Despite being near to the Yppenplatz, it’s quiet most of the time. The heating works with gas (new flow heater) and there is underfloor heating in all the rooms.
There is a washing machine, a fully-functional kitchen, a fridge, and other furniture.
The room will be empty when you move in except the bunk bed and maybe the 2 mattresses.

3 minutes to the Yppenplaz and Brunnenmarkt
6 minutes to the U6 Josefstädter Straße
5 min to Tram 2 or 44
Nice green spots towards the west for walking and chilling, Wilheminenberg, Steinhofgründe, Jubiläumswarte, Dornbach etc..
Of course, additionally to the Yppenmarkt, you have all the supermarkets you need in 5min walking distance, Hofer, Billa, Penny, Spar, Bipa, etc..
I come from Turkey and I´m a working student living in Vienna for already two years now. Currently I´m pursuing a master dergree in management. I´m a friendly person, easy to be around, but also appriciate my time alone. I like reading, I´m interested in finding a creative hobby, possibly a ceramic course or so :) I am open and like to talk, cook and eat together and also go out for meeting friends and do sports. Since our living space together is not too big, it's important for me that we clean it regularly, so that it does not restrict others. When you come to see the house and meet up, we can talk about what are things and topics that are sensitive/important to you. If you have any questions about any subject other than what I have mentioned above, you can always write me :) To be practicing german, german spearkers will be appreciated :)

The room will be available from 01.10.2023. We want to find a person who stays at least 1 year. Of course, we can talk about the time period and possibilities.
