Hey,
I am going Scotland this October so I am temporarily renting out my room in our flat in ottakring from 1st till 31st of october. :)
FEATURES:
- A big, sunny room of 20 square meters with a view into nature (Wilheminenberg)
- In a shared apartment of 79 sewage meters, with a big balcony, separate toilet, laundry and bathtub
- Two lovely flat-mates, Gloria (24 from Spain, ongoing Medical-Student and waitress) and Jonas (25, studying Philosophy and Economics)
- One very very lovely cat, “Bailley” (she is gonna cuddle with you within seconds you are near her)
ROOM:
- Comfortable big sofa, chair and bed (you can use my washed blankets)
- Space in my closet
- A desk with an iMac you can use (if you need, also the Adobe Creative Suite that is installed)
ENVIRONMENT:
- The Willheminenberg with a lovely view over Vienna in front of the door
- A very nice park, just around the corner
- A mal with a big supermarket (Interspar, DM, Pharmacy etc. …) accross the street
- A cheeper supermarket (Hofer) just around the corner
- A nice Indian and greek restaurant just in front of the door (also meditaranien, pizza etc. …)
- A very nice cocktail-bar just 7 minutes away on foot
- All in all a very nice, green area with friendly people from diverse backgrounds on the street
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
- You are just 30 minutes away from the city-centre
- Suwayline U3 (station Ottakring) in 10 minutes walking distance
- With Tram-Line 10 in front of the door, 20 minutes to “Schönbrunn”
- With Tram-Line 2 in front of the door, 25 minutes to the ring and Opera.
- Tram-Lines 46 and 44 also very near, fast way to getting to university
COST:
- 400 € all included (energy, aswell as internet)
- There is a possibility for you to stay longer, till the 17th of November. In that case, the cost would be 540 €.
- Note: both options are a reduced price from what I am actually paying for the room
WE ARE SEARCHING FOR:
- A respectful, clean and friendly person
- LGBTQ friendly
- No problem with / or experience with a cat
- In best case, someone who is open and may connect with Gloria and Jonas, since they are super-friendly, lovely and interesting people! :) (is not a requirement)
