Unsere Wohnung liegt in Ottakring, nur einen Steinwurf entfernt von der Ottakringer Brauerei. Öffi-Anbindung ist super angenehm, die Straßenbahnen 2,9,44 und 46 sind alle in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, zur U6 kommt man zügigen Schrittes fußläufig in 10min, oder man fährt blitzschnell mit der Bim hin.

Our apartment is located in Ottakring, just a stone's throw away from the Ottakringer brewery. Public transport connection is super convenient, the streetcars 2,9,44 and 46 are all reachable in a few minutes, to the U6 you can walk briskly in 10min, or you go there in a flash with the Bim.

Highlights nearby are definitely the Gürtel with all the Gürtellokalen, the Yppenplatz and the Brunnenmarkt.

Marli
ist 24, studiert Sozialpädagogik und beginnt im Herbst die Ausbildung zur Psychotherapeutin. Sie geht gerne Boxen und Trainieren, spielt auf ihrem E-Piano/Ukulele oder trifft sich spontan mit ner Freundin im Park. Am Wochenende geht sie gern auf Technoevents oder wir radeln gemeinsam auf die Insel. Was sie gar nicht mag: Leute die Filme vorspulen. Was sie mag: das Geräusch wenn sie mit ihrem Glasstrohhalm ihren Iced Matcha umrührt.

Anto
ist 23 Jahre alt, kommt aus Chile und macht einen Master in angewandter Wirtschaftswissenschaft an der Universität Wien. Sie mag es, draußen zu sein und zu wandern, Kaffee zu trinken, zu lesen, zu tanzen und auch Zeit mit ihren Liebsten zu verbringen. Einen Film mit ihr anzuschauen solltest du dir noch einmal überlegen, denn in 99% der Fälle schläft sie ein, außer wenn ihr ins Kino geht, dann schafft sie es, wach zu bleiben.

Vito, 25,
Ich studiere Psychologie, würde mich als offen, kommunikativ und aktiv beschreiben.
Ich gehe sehr gerne bouldern, radel mit dem Fahrrad durch die Gegend oder sitze mit Freunden und einem Café in der Sonne.
Außerdem bin ich ein großer Pflanzenfan und probiere aktuell meinen grünen Daumen aus.🪴🤓

Wir waren keine Zweck-WG und das soll auch gerne beibehalten werden. Die Wohnküche lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Prokrastinieren ein und die ein oder andere Flasche Wein haben wir auch auf dem Gewissen. Natürlich wird aber jedem auch die Möglichkeit gegeben, sich zurückzuziehen. Uns ist es wichtig, dass wir gern nach hause kommen und sich jede*r wohlfühlt.

You share the apartment and the flat-sharing life with three super people - who introduce themselves briefly here:

Marli
is 24, studies social pedagogy and will start her training as a psychotherapist in autumn. She enjoys boxing and working out, playing her electric piano/ukulele, or spontaneously meeting up with a friend in the park. On weekends, she likes to go to techno events or we bike together to the island. What she doesn't like: people who fast-forward movies. What she likes: the sound of stirring her Iced Matcha with her glass straw.

Anto
Is 23 and from Chile, doing a master in applied economics at the University of Vienna. She likes being outdoors and hiking, drinking coffee, reading, dancing and also spending time with her loved ones. Watching a movie with her is something you should reconsider, as 99% of the time she’ll fall asleep, except when you go to the cinema then she manages to stay awake.

I study psychology, I would describe myself as open, communicative and active.
I love to go bouldering, ride my bike around the neighborhood or sit in the sun with friends and a café.
I am also a big plant fan and am currently trying out my green thumb.🪴🤓


We were not a "zweck- WG" and we would love to keep it that way. The kitchen invites you to cook and procrastinate together and we also have the one or other bottle of wine on our conscience. Of course, everyone can take their me-time as well. It is important to us that we enjoy coming home and that everyone feels comfortable.

Die Miete von 427 Euro deckt alle monatlichen Kosten ab (WLAN, Strom, Gas (was leider insane zur Zeit ist))und beinhaltet sogar noch einen kleinen Puffer, falls doch mal Nachzahlungen anstehen. Die Kaution beträgt 1250 Euro, die bekommst du natürlich beim Auszug wieder zurück.

!Für den Kühlschrank, die Waschmaschine und den Geschirrspüler, sowie ein paar zusammen gekaufte Möbel fällt eine einmalige Ablöse von 250 Euro an!

The rent of 427 euros covers all monthly costs (WiFi, electricity, gas (which is unfortunately insane at the moment)) and even includes a small buffer in case of additional payments. The deposit is 1250 euros, which of course you get back when you move out.

For the refrigerator, the washing machine and the dishwasher, as well as a few furniture bought together, a one-time payment of 250 euros is due!
