Hello everyone, as one of our flatmates is moving back to Italy in December, we are looking for a replacement tenant for his room. The room is 17.17 m^2, It is located next to Brunnen Market. It is located on the 6th floor and one can see mountains. There is enough light coming into the flat. The apartment is fully furnished which is quite suitable for working or students. Spar is in front of the house and many other supermarkets. All the bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The landlord speaks perfect English and very kind friendly person. The deposit for the flat is two months' rent which is 1000 euros. We are flexible with starting either from the 1st of Jan 2024 or the 15th of December 2024,
Tram 2 is in front of the house. U6 is 2 mins away There is U6 which is 3 minutes by walking (Josefstädter Straße).
With whom you will be living: You will be sharing the apartment with an Indian guy who is 32 years old and currently for his PhD graduation in Mathematics and Robotics from TU wien. He is quite open-minded lives in almost 6 countries, and cooks from time to time. He is friendly cooks good food and is willing to share things. He can only speak English and a bit of Italian. He goes out from time to time. During the weekdays he is busy due to the approaching of his defense
