I'm currently looking for a new roommate to share my bright and cozy apartment in the heart of the 16th district, conveniently close to the Brunnenmarkt. Living together is a collaboration, so a few important aspects especially matter to me: cleanliness, respectful behavior, clear and open communication, reliability. I am quite open to building new friendships and appreciate individuals with whom I can have nice conversations. Simultaneously, I value having some personal time for myself now and then
The house is located in the Gaullachergasse, near the Brunnenmarkt. You can reach the next U6 station Josefstädterstraße in about 5mins as well as the Brunnengasse tram line 2.
Shared flat for two:
Free bedroom: the south-facing bright bedroom measures around 15 squaremeters and is (as of now) unfurnished available
Kitchen/living room: the shared living-kitchen room represents the heart of the flat. The big window creates a bright and welcoming atomsphere, where I like to relax with a cup of tea either on the couch or at the kitchen table.
Kitchen equipment: fridge, little freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine, (all necessary cooking essentials, no microwave so far)
Bathroom: shower, window to atrium
Full hardwood flooring in the whole flat, elevator, shared washing machine and dryer in the cellar, small cellar compartment, bicycle room
I value a calm and quiet atmosphere at home, so it's the perfect retreat after a day of activities.
