Das Zimmer hat 12 Quadratmeter und wird voll möbliert übergeben. Im Winter ist es im Zimmer sehr warm, weshalb die Betriebskosten sehr niedrig sind.
Ausstattung: Kleiderschrank, Kommode, großer Schreibtisch, großes Bett, Bücherregal, Couch
Die Wohnung selbst ist ausgestattet mit Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, WC.
Das Haus besitzt außerdem einen Lift und es gibt auch einen Garten und einen Fitnessraum.
The room has 12 square meters and is delivered fully furnished. In winter the room is very warm, which is why the operating costs are very low.

In der WG leben Sandra (25) und Carina (30).
Sandra kommt aus Deutschland und studiert im Master. Sie ist sehr sprachbegabt und spricht Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch, Französisch und Italienisch.
Carina arbeitet an der TU, macht dort ihren PhD und wohnt selbst erst seit Februar in der WG. Sie spricht Spanisch und Englisch. Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG aber jeder bleibt eher für sich. Am Abend wird oft in der Küche geplaudert und ab und zu zusammen gegessen.
