Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Altbaus und verfügt über drei getrennt begehbare Zimmer, eine Küche, Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, sowie eine separate Toilette.
Die Gesamtmiete ist 369€ (INKL. Gas, Strom, Heizung und Internet). Die Kaution beträgt 1000€.
Die Strom und Gas Kosten könnten sich demnächst möglicherweise ändern.

From June 26/July 1st, 2024, a fully furnished room (~13m2) will be available in our 3-person shared apartment in the 16th district. 🏠
The apartment is on the second floor of an old building and has three separately accessible rooms, a kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet.
The total rent is €369 (INCL. gas, electricity, heating and internet). The deposit is €1000.
The electricity and gas costs are changing depending on the season.
Die U-Bahn Stationen Schweglerstraße (U3) und Burggasse-Stadthalle (U6) sind ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Tram Linie 9 Richtung Westbahnhof, sowie der Bus 48A Richtung Innenstadt fahren direkt vor der Haustür los. Gleich in der Nähe ist das Lugner City Einkaufszentrum. Zudem gibt es zahlreiche weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

The subway stations Schweglerstraße (U3) and Burggasse-Stadthalle (U6) are about 10 minutes' walk away. The tram line 9 towards Westbahnhof and the bus 48A towards the city center leave directly in front of the front door. The Lugner City shopping center is close by. There are also numerous other shopping opportunities in the area.
Über uns: Wir sind Snizhana und Kristina. Kristina ist Juristin und seit kurzem wieder in Wien. Snizhana ist Ärztin. Wir lernen beide gerade Deutsch. Unsere WG soll ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen sein und wir freuen uns über gemeinsames Beisammensein, Kochen, Plaudern, etc.

About us: We are Snizhana and Kristina. Kristina is a lawyer and has returned to Vienna recently. Snizhana is a doctor. Both of us are currently learning german. We appreciate our shared flat to be a space where we can feel home and we are happy to share evenings together from time to time.
