Ich bin eine offene berufstätige Vielreisende, die gerne mehrtägigen Besuch hat, und suche eine Mitbewohner*in, die mit mir +40 leben mag.
Da ich zwischen Graz und Wien lebe, bin ich leider nicht sehr vorhersehbar, aber nicht immer Zuhause, daher würde gerne Essen teilen und hin und wieder gemeinsame Wäscheladungen.
Im Moment ist es noch ein wenig unordentlich (die Kisten werden bald das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer verlassen).Ich kann auch ein Bett und ein Regal zur Verfügung stellen (schon da), ggf. Tisch und andere Sachen besorgen.
Ich suche nach einer sozialen Person, die gerne in der Stadt gärtnert (ich wollt noch ein Hochbeet bauen) und gerne kocht und zusammensitzt.
Du bist offen, bereit Verantwortung zu übernehmen, nicht ganz schmutzig aber auch nicht superclean und magst mit mir wohnen?
Wenn die Sonne mal nicht scheint, versuchen wir miteinander zu sprechen.
Ich suche jemand Erwachsenen, die*der vital ist und Lust hat vielleicht auch manchmal ein wenig mehr Zeit in der gemeinsamen Wohnung zu verbringen.
Die Wohnung ist im 1.Stock ohne Lift, es gibt einen Innenhof, den ich gerne begrünen würde.

I am an open-minded working, frequent traveller. I like visits (several days, small room for visitors) and I am looking for a flatmate*who likes to live with me +40.
As I commute between Graz and Vienna (unfortunately not very predictable), I am not always at home, so I would like to share food and occasionally do laundry together.
At the moment it's still a bit messy (the boxes will leave the common living room soon) I can also provide a bed and a shelf (already there), if necessary get a table and other things.
I am looking for a social person who likes gardening in the city (I want to build a raised bed) and likes to cook and sit together.

I'm looking for someone who is vital and would like to spend a little more time in the flat together.
The flat is on the 1st floor without lift, there is a courtyard which I would like to green.
