In unserer großen, wunderbaren neuen WG (160qm) sind zum ersten November zwei Zimmer beziehbar.(Durchgangszimmer+ großes Zimmer). Wir sind deshalb auf der Suche nach Menschen, die mit uns zusammen in die Wohnung einziehen wollen. Wir wünschen uns nette Mitbewohner*innen (die keine rassistischen, faschistischen Idioten sind :)) für unsere WG-Neugründung, die Lust haben, gemeinsam ein freundschaftliches und rücksichtsvolles Zusammenleben zu gestalten. Da wir eine neue WG-Konstellation sind, die die Wohnung übernimmt, gibt es viel Spielraum, um die Wohnung gemeinsamer noch gemütlicher zu machen (Pflanzenliebhaber*innen sind sehr willkommen).
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem Wichtigem, die Küche hat eine Spülmaschine, es gibt zwei Bäder (eines mit Dusche, eines mit Badewanne!) und zwei separate WCs sowie einen Vor-/Wohnraum mit Fenster zum Innenhof und insgesamt viel Platz! Jetzt im Oktober werden die Vermieter*innen außerdem ein paar Dinge in der Wohnung renovieren (streichen, neuer Herd, Badezimmer etc.).
Ah und nicht wundern: Wir haben ein paar der Fotos selbst von der Announce der Wohnung übernommen, deshalb sind da die Symbole oben und unten, es ist also kein Fake! :D

In our big flat (160sqm) there are two rooms available from the 1st of November. So we are looking for people that would be happy to move in with us.
We wish for nice people with whom we feel comfortable (and are not racist fascist idiots. :)) with whom we can create a friendly community living. Since it is going to be a new WG constellation there is space to make the flat even more cozy.
There is everything you need in the flat: Dishwasher in the kitchen, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub), two separate WCs and a small livingroom with window to the courtyard. We will have a lot of space in the flat! The landlady and her husband will renovate some parts of the flat now during October (painting, new stove, bathroom etc)
And if you wonder: we took the pictures from the announcement of the flat, that's why there are the symbols on top and down. Don't worry, it's not a fake! :D
Zum Zimmer:
Das Zimmer wird komplett unmöbliert übergeben. Es wird durch ein kleineres Durchgangszimmer (15qm) betreten und ist etwa 23qm groß. Das Zimmer liegt sehr leise, weil es beide Fenster zum Innenhof hat. Die angegebene Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten sowie WLAN, ist also komplett warm.
Wichtig: Beide Zimmer können auch gerne gemeinsam gemietet werden. Die Kosten für beide Zimmer zusammen kommen auf 655€, falls zwei Menschen zusammen einziehen, oder etwa 580€ für eine Einzelperson, die beide Zimmer mieten mag. Aber wenn Du nur an einem der Zimmer interessiert bist, passt das auch total!

The room comes without any furniture.
You enter the room through a smaller pass through room (15 qm) and its around 23 qm big. The room is very quiet because both windows face the courtyard. The rent already includes all extra costs.
Note: The room can be rented together with the pass through room! Together they cost around 655€ for two people who want to rent them together and around 580€ for a single person who wants to rent both.
But if you are only interested into one of the rooms it's also fine.

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock (ohne Fahrstuhl) in einem Altbau. Fahrräder können im Hof abgestellt werden.
Die Neulerchenfelderstraße ist eine recht belebte Straße in direkter Nähe zum Gürtel (uns wurde aber gesagt, dass man die U-Bahn nicht hört!). Direkt um die Ecke ist der Yppenplatz mit dem schönen Brunnenmarkt und es gibt verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in naher Umgebung.
Die Anbindung ist super, Trams 2/5/33 sowie die U-Bahn-Station Josefstädter Straße sind zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt zwar im 16. Bezirk, man ist aber aufgrund der Gürtelnähe auch direkt im 8.
The flat is on the 1st floor, there's no elevator, and bikes can be left in the courtyard. The location is in the 16th District, just a few minutes away from Yppenplatz (with Brunnen market) and central, right next to Gürtel. Shops are nearby and easily reachable walking. Underground station Josefstadter Strasse, and the trams 2/5/33 are all reachable in less than 5min walk!
Du/Ihr würdet gemeinsam mit Leonie, Ylenia und Kevin in die WG einziehen.
Ylenia ist 28 Jahre alt und Landschaftsarchitektin aus Italien. Sie arbeitet seit etwa zwei Jahren in Wien. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie zum Poledancing und Yoga oder trinkt gerne ein Glas Wein zum Abendessen nach einem unter der Woche normalerweise langen Arbeitstag.
Ylenia wird gemeinsam mit ihren beiden afrikanischen Riesenschnecken einziehen, Carmelia 1 und 2.
Leonie ist 26 Jahre alt und fängt gerade ihre Dissertation in der Philosophie an der Uni Wien an, weshalb sie auch gerade erst von Freiburg nach Wien gezogen ist. Sie geht gerne bouldern, macht Yoga und geht laufen. Außerdem hat sie gerne Besuch oder unternimmt allerlei mit netten Menschen. Sie interessiert sich sehr für Musik, tanzt dazu und legt ab und an auf.
Kevin ist ebenfalls 26 und studiert Philosophie an der Uni Wien. Er geht gerne klettern und bouldern, ist gerne draußen und kocht ein hervorragendes Linsendal. Kevin wohnt bereits in der WG und sein Umzug beschränkt sich somit auf einen Zimmerumzug.
You are going to be living with Ylenia, Leonie and Kevin.
Ylenia is a 28yo Italian landscape Architect working here since a couple of years. She really enjoys poledancing and yoga and drinking wine at dinner after a long day of work. Ylenia is going to move in with her two giant African snails, Carmelia 1 and 2.
Leonie is 26yo and just startet her PhD in Philosophy after moving to Vienna one month ago. She goes bouldering, running and does yoga. She enjoys inviting people to her place or doing stuff outside. Leonie is very interested in music, dances to it and DJs.
Kevin is also 26yo and a student of philosophy at Uni Wien. He likes boulderind and climbing, being outside and prepares a professional Dal chef. Kevin is already living in the flat, so luckily he will only have to move to another room.
