In unserer schönen und gemütlichen WG wird Ende April ein Zimmer frei! Leider verlässt uns unsere großartige Mitbewohnerin und zieht zurück aufs Land, daher suchen wir jemanden netten, der/die das Zimmer übernehmen möchte.
Das nordseitig gelegene Zimmer (30 m²) ist möbliert gegen Ablöse abzugeben. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss im 4. Stockwerk, mit Aufzug.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Küche mit zwei Kühlschränke, Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, WC, Vorraum und Gangbereich.
Our dear flatmate is leaving Vienna end of April, so we are looking for a new flatmate to take over the big beautiful room in our cozy shared flat!
This 30 m² room facing north is fully furnished (350€ for all furniture including a new bed). The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with two refrigerators, bath with a bathtub and washing machine, WC, little anteroom and a corridor.
Die Wohnung liegt auf der Grenze zwischen Ottakring und Hernals und ist gut öffentlich erreichbar. Stationen S45 Hernals und Straßenbahn 43 Hernals/Wattgasse sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In 15 Minuten mit dem Bus ist man auf dem Schafberg und Mitterberg und im Wiener Wald :)
In der Nähe sind Hofer, Billa, Merkur, Bipa, Apotheke und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
The apartment is very well situated near to the Vienna forest and yet well connected to the center: in 5 Minutes walking distance there is S45 Hernals Station and tram 43 Hernals/Wattgasse.
In der gemütlichen 3er WG wohnen Anna und Chris.
Anna (32) kommt aus Lettland, lebt seit 9 Jahren in Österreich, hat Cello an der Uni für Musik in Graz studiert und studiert momentan Musikpädagogik an der Uni für Musik in Wien. Außerdem arbeitet sie in Orchestern und unterrichtet Cello. In Freizeit geht sie gerne schwimmen und wandern und verbringt die Zeit mit Freunden.
Chris (29) kommt aus Griechenland, studiert seit 2 Jahren Master Art and Science an der Uni für angewandte Kunst. Er kocht ganz gerne griechisch, fährt viel mit Rad, Snowboard, spielt Tischtennis und trifft sich mit Freunden am Donaukanal und im Park.
Wir sprechen Englisch miteinander, Anna spricht auch sehr gut Deutsch.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch und entspannt bei uns, wir mögen gerne beim kochen plaudern. Wir sind beide ruhig und halten die Wohnung sehr sauber. Da Anna eine aktive Musikerin ist, übt sie Cello in der Wohnung. Wir verstehen uns sehr gut in der WG, jedoch machen wir jeder eigene Sachen und sind easy going.

A little bit about ourselves:
Anna (32) is a freelance cellist from Latvia. She has lived in Austria for 9 years and studied Cello at the Music Uni in Graz and is now studying Music Pedagogy at the Music Uni in Vienna. She plays in orchestras and is teaching cello lessons. In her free time she likes to swim, bike, hike, read a good Book, do yoga, meet up with friends amongst other things.
Chris (29) is an artist from Greece and studies since 2 years Master Art and Science and the University for applied Arts in Vienna. He likes to cook, especially greek food. In his spare time he goes biking, snowboarding, plays table tennis, is meeting up with friends at the Donau and in the park.
We talk in English to each other, Anna also speaks fluent German.
We have a very harmonious and relaxed atmosphere in the apartment and we like to chat when we are cooking. We are both quite calm and keep the flat very clean. Since Anna is an active musician, she is also practising cello in the flat. We get along very well, yet we do our own things and we are easy going.
