möglichst nachhaltige 2er Wg im 16. ruhig gelegen mit großem Wohnzimmer

Die Lage ist wirklich ein Traum, man ist fast überall sehr schnell und durch die nähe zum Gürtel ist man auch sehr gut öffentlich angebunden. In einem Umkreis von 5 minuten mit dem Rad findet man z.B. 2 der besten veganen Döner in Wien (Prioritäten!). Aber auch sonst ist man schnell in der Innenstadt oder auch in der Natur. Läden gubt es auch in Fülle (Lugner City z.B.).

Und das beste ist, dass trotz der guten Lage die Wohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend direkt am Ludo-Hartmann Platz liegt.


The location is perfect in my opinion, close to the city, close to nature and all kind of shops nearby (also you will find 2 of the best vegan kebabs in 5 minutes by bike). Lugner City is maybe 2 minutes away.
And the best part is, that even though it's locatet very central it's still very quiet!

Mir war bei der Wohnungssuche wichtig, dass die Wohnung einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum hat. In der Wohnung gibt es eine richtig schöne und helle Wohnküche, welche natürlich das Herzstück bildet.

Dadurch ist mir natürlich sehr wichtig, dass das absolut keine Zweck-WG wird. Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir ein freundschaftliches Miteinander haben und auch öfters was gemeinsam unternehmen (Sport, Kultur, Kochen ...)

Ich fände es z.B. cool wenn wir viel gemeinsam kochen und uns ggf. auch die Lebensmittel teilen (aber da können wir dann nochmal darüber sprechen). Beim Thema essen wäre mir noch wichtig dass du nur selten fleisch oder so ist und wenn dan vielleicht eher außerhalb der Wohnung. Fände es einfach cool wenn wir ähnliche Essgewohnheiten hätten (ich ernähre mich komplett vegan) :)

Jetzt noch etwas mehr zu mir:

Ich bin 24 und arbeite Vollzeit als Software Dev, daher bin ich meistens von 9-17 Uhr nicht in der Wohnung. Falls du also oft daheim im Home Office bist hast du meistens die Wohnung für dich. Ich mache normalerweise einmal pro Woche Home Office. Ursprünglich komme ich aus Deutschland und lebe nun seit Jänner in Wien. Durch den Lockdown und viel arbeit fühle ich mich aber immer noch recht neu hier :)
Sonst (vor allem am Wochenende) bin ich gerne mal aktiv und gehe z.B. Bouldern oder Rad fahren und im Sommer in der Donau oder Lobau baden.
Aber ich hänge auch gerne mal einfach nur daheim rum, koche was, schaue Serien, lese ein Buch oder diskutiere über alles Mögliche.


When looking for a flat, it was very important to me to have a big common living space. That’s why it’s very impiortant to me to be on a friendly footing with you!
That’s why I would like to find someone to also spend the freetime together for sports, cooking, culture …
Also it would be cool if we might even share all food (but we can discuss that later). For me it is important that you don’t eat meat a lot and if you could avoid it in the flat as I am living vegan and I think it is a lot easier if we share the same habit 

Now some infos about me:

I am 24 and I work full time as a software developer. That’s why I am not at home 4 days of the week from 9 am till 5 pm, so if you are in Home Office a lot you would have the whole flat for yourself most of the times 
I moved to Vienna from Germany in January and as I had a lot to do plus lockdown I still feel kinda new to the city.
Especially on the weekends I like to do sports (boulder, biking …) and in summertime I went swimming quite some times.
But I also enjoy just relaxing at home watching Netflix, reading books, cooking or just to talk about all kind of interesting and or fun stuff

Die Wohnung ist ab jetzt frei aber der Mietbeginn wäre dann der 01.10. Ich ziehe diesen Sonntag ein.

Waschmaschine ist auch noch nicht drinnen, aber ich schaue mal ob ich zu meinem EInzu schon eine organisiert bekomme

Nebenkosten: Laut Vermieterin waren es bisher 70€ insgesamt ( Strom und Gas). Dann kommen noch Haushaltsversicherung ca. 2,50 und Internet ca. 10 dazu.


The flat is already ready to move in and I will do so this Sunday. But officially the start of renting the flat is 01.10.
There is npo washing machine yet but maybe I can get one till Sunday
