Unsere schöne Wohnung ist auf zwei bzw mit Dachterasse auf 3 Stockwerke aufgeteilt. Dein Zimmer befindet sich oben und hat einen eigenen Wohnungszugang, ein eigenes Waschbecken und Toilette, du hast quasi ein eigenes Stockwerk für dich. Es ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Schrank und Tisch. Falls du Homeoffice machen musst, gibt es einen großen Tisch im Wohnzimmer und einen feinen Kamin. Die Dachterasse ist ein Traum, von da gibt es einen schnellen Weitblick in die Wienerberge.
Das Zimmer ist befristet von Anfang Januar bis spätestens Ende Februar, Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind jedoch etwas flexibel, bereits ab 19. Dezember möglich.

The apartment is divided into two floors or 3 floors with a roof terrace. Your room is located upstairs and has its own apartment access, sink and toilet, so basically you have your own level. There is a bed, a wardrobe and a table inside. If you have to do home office, you can also work in the living room where there is also a fireplace. The roof top terrace is a dream, in may it will be already green and warm.
The room is temporary from 1st of January until the end of February at the latest, but move-in and move-out dates are somewhat flexible, its already possible to move in from the 19th of February.
Die Wohnung liegt im 16. Bezirk, direkt am belebten Brunnenmark und am schönen Yppenplatz mit vielen Cafés und Tischtennis platten. :) Da alle Fenster in den Innenhof zeigen ist die Lage trotz der Nähe zum Brunnenmarkt sehr ruhig. Es gibt alle möglichen Läden, Ärzte und öffentliche Anbindung in nächster Nähe.

Wir teilen uns die Wohnung zu zweit, sie ist komplett eingerichtet mit Küche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine. Sie liegt im 3.+4. Stock. Im unteren Stockwerk ist ein Vorraum mit Esstisch, die Küche, ein Klo, mein Zimmer (als Durchgangszimmer) und dahinter das Badezimmer. Über eine kleine Wendeltreppe kommt man ins Wohnzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Kamin und ein schönes kleines Klavier. Und von dort kommst du über einen kleinen Flur zum zweiten Klo und in dein Zimmer und einem eigene Wohnungseingang. Übers Wohnzimmer kommt man auch auf die Dachterasse (ca. 25qm), wo ein paar Sitzgelegenheiten und Pflanzen sind.
Mit dir in der Wohnung wohnt eine Mitbewohnerin (29), die an ihrer Doktorarbeit an der Uni Wien schreibt und eine kleine süße verschmuste Katze, die schon total alt ist und nie kratzt oder beißt. Eigentlich schläft sie den ganzen Tag.

We share the apartment for two, it is fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher. It is located on the 3rd +4th floor without elevator. In the living room there is a fireplace and a piano. My room is a passage room to get to the bathroom.
On the lower floor is an anteroom with dining table, the kitchen, a loo, my room and behind it the bathroom. Via a small spiral staircase you come to the living room and from there via a small hallway to the second toilet and to your room. Via the living room you also get to the roof terrace (about 25sqm), where there are some seats and plants. And here lives a cat, which is already totally old and mega cuddly.
With you in the apartment lives one roommate (28), who is doing her PhD at Uni Wien and a small sweet cuddly cat who is totally old and never scratches or bites. Actually she sleeps all day.
Das Zimmer der Mitbewohnerin ist ein Durchgangszimmer, um zum Badezimmer zu gelangen (WCs und Waschbecken sind aber extra). Daher solltet ihr schon gut miteinander auskommen :) BIPoC und FLINTA* bevorzugt.
