Vermietet wird ein 10m² Zimmer (als Atelier nicht zum Wohnen) in einem ca. 70m² Souterrain im 16. Bezirk. Es befindet sich straßenseitig, ist aber relativ ruhig. Bis jetzt war es mein Schlafzimmer, wird aber ab März unmöbliert vermietet. Im Raum befindet sich ein Zwischenstock mit 4-5m² den man zum Beispiel als Stauraum nutzen könnte.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt zur Thaliastraße, 1min Spar & Billa, 7min zur Stadthalle und ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden.
Wir haben die Wohnung vor zwei Jahren renoviert, sie kommt aber mit ihren Macken und ihrem Souterrain-Charme.
Beheizt wird mit Infrarotpaneelen.
Leider ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit trotzdem relativ hoch. Kann man bei einer Besichtigung aber gerne mal reinfühlen.
Die Fenster sind relativ hoch, sodass man trotz Keller genug Licht bekommt.
Man teilt sich die Wohnung/das Atelier mit einem Musiker, der hauptsächlich am PC im hintersten Zimmer/Studio Richtung (begehbaren) Licht-Hof arbeitet und einer Textil-Künstlerin im vordersten Atelier.
Außerdem gibt es ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine Küche.
Wir würden uns freuen dich kennenzulernen und den Raum bald mit einer weiteren anregenden Person zu teilen. Ein angenehmes Arbeitsklima ist uns wichtig, und gerne mal abends auch das eine oder andere Bier zu teilen :)

I'm renting out a 10m² room in our souterrain flat, which you'd share with a sound-artist/musician and a textile artist. The room is meant to be used as a studio, and isn't suitable for living.
The room is facing "Haberlgasse" but is equipped with new windows so it's pretty quiet. The window is quite tall so during the day, there's enough light coming through.
There's a wooden platform built in, which offers more space and could be used for storage.
Within 2-5 minutes you can reach public transportation and Spar and Billa are within 1 minute walking distance.
The flat is also equipped with a bathroom, kitchen and a small yard.
Two years ago we renovated the flat, but it still has high air humidity.
