In der Altbau WG meines Freundes wird ab dem 01.06. ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Thaliastraße, nur eine Gehminute vom 7. und 8. Bezirk entfernt. Zum Rathaus sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten.
Lage: 30 sec zur U-Bahn Station Thaliastraße, 2 min zur Haltestelle Lerchenfelder Straße (Straßenbahnlinie 5)
Das Zimmer beträgt 26qm und die Kosten betragen 550 Euro (warm). Da wir voraussichtlich die ersten 5-6 Monate nicht in Wien sein werde, kann die ganze Wohnung (77m²) benutzt werden.
WC extra, großer Vorraum, Küche mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Spar, Hofer und Penny in nur 1 Minute zu Fuß zu erreichen.
