Das Zimmer hat 8qm2, es ist aber sehr gut geschnitten. Am nachmittag scheint die Sonne durch das Fernster, somit ist das Zimmer immer sehr hell. Das Fenster geht zu einer Nebenstraße hinaus, weshalb es auch sehr ruhig ist. Das Zimmer wird unmöbeliert vergeben und ist gut zur Küche isoliert und selbst bei geselligen Runden in der Küche, hört man dort nichts. Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 276 Euro kalt, dazu kommt noch Strom, Gas und Internet. Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, entweder November oder Anfang Dezember.
Ich suche entweder jemand die kann die Hauptmieter sein oder Hauptmieter mit mir
Unsere WG ist sehr gut gelegen, Billa und Spar sind quasi neben unserer Tür, auch gibt es eine türkische Bäckerei, die auch Sonntags geöffnet ist. Der Bus 48a hält 3 min entfernt. Die 46er und 9er Straßenbahn sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die U6 ist in zirka 7 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Stadthalle, Lugner City und der Yppenplatz sind auch nicht weit weg.
Meine Mitbewohner ziehen aus, deshalb werden 2 Zimmer frei.
