Dich erwartet ein großes und geräumiges Zimmer (ca 25 m2) mit zwei großen Altbaufenster, die das Zimmer wunderbar hell machen. Der Zugang zum Zimmer erfolgt durch die den Gang. Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert übergeben, momentan sind nur mehr Schrank und ein großes Kallax Regal im Zimmer.
In der Wohnung gibt es noch drei weitere Zimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad, WC und einen geräumigen Eingangsbereich. Für die Möbel, die in der Wohnung bleiben/sind, werden wir noch eine kleine Ablöse vereinbaren.

Your room will be quite big and spacious, with two big windows. It comes partially furnished, a spacious wardrobe and the classic Ikea Kallax shelf will stay in the room.
There are three more rooms in our flat, as well as a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a spacious entrance area.
For the remaining furniture a small compensation will be required.
Unsere WG liegt gleich neben den Straßenbahnen 44 und 46, die dich zur Hauptuni und ins Stadtzentrum bringen. Auch zur Buslinie 10A und zur Straßenbahn 2 ist es nicht weit.
Die nächstgelegene U-Bahnstation ist Ottakring (U3) - 10 min Fußweg.
Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Billa, Penny, Lidl, Dm, Apotheke usw. befinden sich in Gehweite.

Our flat is situated right next to the tram lines 44 and 46, which will bring you directly to the main university and the city centre. The bus line 10A runs also right in front of our house, the tramline 2 is also in reach.
The next subway station is Ottakring (U3) - 10 minutes foot walk.
Different shopping facilities (Billa, Penny, Lidl, Dm, Pharmacy, ecc.) are in walking distance.
Die übrigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Martina, Roua und Hanna.
Martina ist momentan mit ihren Masterstudien in Psychologie und Biologie beschäftigt und kommt aus Südtirol. In der Freizeit spielt sie sporadisch Klarinette, trinkt gerne Kaffee und hält (mehr oder weniger erfolgreich) Hauspflanzen am Leben. Sie freut sich auf ein paar gemütliche Spieleabende und Gespräche mit Freunden und auf die Suppensaison a.k.a. Herbst.
Roua (30) kommt aus Syrien, sie besucht derzeit Wien für ein einjähriges Forschungsstipendium in medizinischer Strahlenwissenschaft und plant, bis Ende Februar 2023 abzureisen. Unter der Woche beschäftigt sie sich mit der Arbeit und trainiert im Fitnessstudio. Roua kocht auch gerne, wandert und erkundet Museen in und um die Stadt.
Wir sind alle zwischen Arbeit und Uni ziemlich eingespannt, legen aber dennoch Wert auf ein gemütliches, gemeinsames WG-Leben. Abends trinken wir gern zusammen Tee und erzählen von unserem Tag, am Wochenende gehen wir eine Runde spazieren oder wandern, kochen und essen zusammen oder machen einen Filmabend, wir können es kaum erwarten einen Harry Potter Film zum 563sten Mal zu sehen ;)

The three remaining flatmates are Martina, Roua and Hanna.
Martina is from Southtyrol and currently busy with her masters studies in Psychology and Biology. In her freetime she primarily drinks coffee, takes care of houseplants and sporadically plays the clarinet. She enjoys game nights with friends and cozy autumn weather.
Roua (30) is from Syria, she is currently visiting Vienna for a year long research fellowship in medical radiation science, and is planning to leave by the end of February 2023. During the week she keeps herself busy at work and by working out at the gym. Roua also enjoys cooking, hiking, and exploring museums in and around the city.
We're all quite busy between our jobs and studying, however we enjoy sitting together with a cup of tea in the evening and tell stories about our day. On the weekends, we like going for walks, having nice meals together and watching movies, for example one of the Harry Potter movies for the 563th time.
