12m² Zimmer zwischen Ottakringer Brauerei und Brunnenmarkt

In unserer 3er WG wird ein 12 m² Zimmer frei mit Fenster zum Hof. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben. Derweil gibt es aber keine Fotos vom Zimmer, da es noch bewohnt ist.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine zentrale Küche, Vorraum, zwei WCs, zwei Waschbecken, eine Dusche, ein kleines Wohnzimmer zur Terrasse inkl. Fernseher und PS3, die Terrasse zum draußen sitzen 10m² und eine kleine Grünfläche als Begrenzung im Hof. Man kann auch ein bisschen Gemüse in Töpfen anbauen. Griller vorhanden. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind schon viel besser als auf dem Foto – wir vergaßen nur vor dem Herbst noch ein schönes zu schießen. Fahrräder können im Hof abgestellt werden. Haustiere sind erlaubt, aber keine Hunde. Insgesamt ist sehr viel Platz für drei Leute (105 m² inkl. Terrasse).


Die Haberlgasse ist relativ ruhig, da sie eine Seitengasse ist, aber angeblich eine der heißesten Gassen in Wien. Die Wohnung selbst ist aber auch im Sommer angenehm kühl, da sie im Erdgeschoss liegt. 1 Gehminute entfernt ist die Thaliastraße mit Öffis (Straßenbahn 46) und allen möglichen Shops. Am Gürtel ist man bereits nach zwei Bim Stationen. Ein Spar befindet sich im Häuserblock (<1 min), gleich darauf ein Billa. Die Schmelz ist 5 min mit dem Rad entfernt. Der Brunnenmarkt ca. 400 Meter weit weg.

Mietbeginn ist ab 01.01.23.

Wir suchen umgängliche Menschen, es soll keine Zweck-WG sein. Damit ist gemeint, dass man nicht komplett vorbei lebt und sich nur am Weg zum WC begegnet. Aber jeder der schon mal in einer WG gewohnt hat, kennt sich aus. Es soll auch möglich sein Probleme anzusprechen. Wir teilen grundlegende Sachen wie Klopapier, Öl, Kartoffeln, Nudeln etc. - Sachen die halt jeder braucht. Sauberkeit ist wichtig. Es macht aber nix wenn mal was liegen bleibt. Hauptsache ist es verschwindet in einer angemessenen Zeit ;-)



Hello,

there is a free room in our shared appartment with approx. 12 m² with a window heading to the court. It will be unfurnished and available from the 01.01.23. There are no photos of the room, because it is still occupied.

The flat has a central located kitchen, an anteroom, two toilets, two sinks, a shower in a separate room, a small living room right next to the terrace with an TV and PS3. The terrace has about 10 m², BBQ and some gardening with pots is possible. The seating is much better than on the photo – we just forget to take a good picture before rainy autumn. Bicyles can be stores in the court. Animals are allowed, just no dogs. There is quite some space for three people – the whole flat has 95 m² + the terrace.

Haberlgasse is a more kind of quiet, but apparently one of the hottest streets in Vienna (in terms of temperature). The flat itself is cool, because it is located in the ground floor. The next shop is about 1 min walk in the same bloc (Spar) or 2 minutes to Billa and there also the station of tram 46. In just stops you can reach the Gürtel. To reach Schmelz, you can take a 5 minute bike ride. The famous Brunnenmarkt is about 400 m away.

We are looking for chill people who are open for some chat as well. Everybody need some time alone, but if you are a super introverted person the atmosphere would also get cold for us.
Hygiene is important, but we don’t take it to unnecessarily high levels. If everybody does his or her duty from time to time, the flat stays clean. Thats about how it worked out in the past.

We share basic necessities like toilet paper, oil, milk, potatoes….stuff everybody needs anyway.
