Großes helles Zimmer direkt am Brunnenmarkt 16. Bezirk :)

Die Wohnung liegt 3 Gehminuten vom Gürtel bzw. der U6 Station Thaliastrasse entfernt. Die bist also sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts am Wochenende wirklich gut angebunden. Ergänzt wird das ganze noch mit der Strassenbahnlinie 2 und 46. Rings um die Wohnung verteilt gibt es alles was das kulinarische Herz begehrt. Billa, Spar, Hofer, dm, Bipa sowie unendlich viele Dönerländen und Restaurants liegen in weniger als 5min. Auch der 7. und 8. Bezirk mit all den urigen Bars und hübschen Cafés ist hnglaublich nah! Am Samstag ist der Brunnenmarkt am Yppenplatz natürlich ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt!

Da wie gesagt Milena und ich schweren Herzens ausziehen werden verbleibt Defne alleine in der WG. Sie spricht schon ein gutes Deutsch, aber es wäre dennoch gut wenn du keine Scheu vorm Englischsprechen hast. Gern natürlich auch Türkisch aber das ist natürlich kein Muss :D
Sie ist ein wirklich lieber, bunter und kreativer Mensch. Ich habe mich direkt sehr wohl in ihrer Nähe gefühlt, da sie eine angenehme Ruhe ausstrahlt. Sie hat contemporary dance in Istanbul und Wien studiert und entdeckt aktuell die Weiten der Zirkuswelt. Ein offener und respektvoller Umgang ist ihr sehr wichtig und falls du auf der Suche nach einer Party WG bist, wirst du bei uns wohl nicht fündig. Trotzdem leben wir mit dem geteilten Kühlschrankinhalt und ohne Putzplan (alles auch anpassbar) weit entfernt von einer Zweck WG und so soll es auch bleiben. Die WG soll ein sauberes Zuhause sein, in dem sich jede:r wohlfühlt und sowohl die Zimmertür offen als auch geschlossen haben kann, ganz wie es gerade passt!

Bei mir wird es vermutlich zu Beginn der 2. Aprilwoche (~7.4.) soweit sein, dass ich zurück nach Deutschland siedel. Falls sich das nicht exakt ausgeht, bin ich aber auch ein wenig flexibel mit den Daten, also scheu dich nicht, bei leicht abweichenden Terminen, dennoch zuschreiben.
Mein Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben. Da ich nicht zurück kommen kann, muss ich meine Möbel für 180€ VB an dich weitergeben. Dazu zählt ein grosser schöner Schrank, ein massiver Schreibtisch, beige Vorhänge, wenn du magst eine nicht so lang genutzte Matratze, ein Teppich, ein Beistelltischchen ein Spiegel etc. :)

Other (Milena's) room will be empty beginning/mid March. And if you want to keep the wardrobe, beige couch, mirror, matress, curtains, bed and the table with the wall shelf will stay in the room :)

Es wäre Defne darüber hinaus ziemlich wichtig, dass du etwas langfristiges suchst (mind. bis Ende 2023 besser länger).

room is 23m2.
it is looking to the brunnenmarkt side of the flat.
during the day -especially starting from the afternoon- the sunlight is on that room, so it is pretty bright with two huge windows.

there is a wardrobe, desk, chair, mirror and small coffe table in the room for sale. you can purchase them all for €180 VB.

Location:

tram 46 is almost in front of the building. u6 thaliastrasse and tram 2 is in 5 min walking distance.

ring is 25 min by foot.

building is in entrance of the brunnenmarkt so you can buy your veggies in front of our door! for other things; all of the known markets are in 1 min walking distance.

WG-life

people who cares about the healthy communication in the flat are mostly welcome!

it is a calm cosy flat.
if you are planning the gather with people so often in the flat and stay up late, then it is not the right place for you.

something that i really care about in a flatshare is that keeping the common places clean and tidy.

i'm a freelancer contemporary dance artist and also a person who is interested in herbalism, making collages and crocheting. so, i would love to find someone who is also interested in creating art and gathering in the flat instead of just using it for a sleeping place and not interacting at all.

i'm looking for someone who is planning to settle vienna and staying in the flat for long term. so, the future flatmate should be the tenant of the flat with contract eventually.
