The room is (15m2) is bright and quiet with window towards the inner courtyard, with direct sunlight in the mornings, and well lit through the rest of the day.

The flat:
The apartment has a kitchen with everything you'll need, and a sunny balcony that's full of greenery in the summers that's great for everything from spontaneous brunches, aperol spritzes, or reading a book ;-).
There's also the standard stuff: small storage chamber with washing machine, cellar storage, bike room, a bathroom a bathtub (!), a WC with a toilet, and a small eating table at the entrance.
Location:
Easily get to the main Uni, hip bars in the 7th, or to the Viennese forests and hills! With lots of public transit options, the 46 tram is right outside our door, as well as the 44 tram (5 minute walk). And don't forget the U3/S-bahn Ottakring, which is just an 8 minute walk away! The flat is also located right by the very best Hasner Strasse bike street - which makes commuting by bike super convenient.
We also have two grocery stores (Lidl, Billa) just literally across the street, as well as bakery, DM, kebab shop, etc. so there's everything you need right outside our door! Also, the Ottakring Brauerei, and UniSportsZentrum@Schmelz are both within walking distance - for your social and sporting needs.
We are looking for someone, open-minded, who is down to be conversational and share the occasional meal and activities and wants contribute to a living-vibe that everyone is happy to come home to (including cleaning).
About your future flatmates (or Otter-mates 🦦🦦🦦):
There is Lisa (31) from Bremen, Germany who is finishing up a Master in Psychology. When she is avoiding her master thesis, she is tending the balcony with the most beautiful plants one can wish, you can also find her doing lots of crafting, bouldering, and swing dancing. Conversations with her are always a blast, where you can find yourself laughing quite often and drinking many more cups of coffee together. She usually travels by bike and is interested in sustainable living styles or repairing stuff.
Then there is Anastasia (24) from California. She is studying STS. When Anana is not thrifting clothes you can find her swimming, organizing students or reading some interesting paper (about how this world is going down, science communication, or politics)..
She is always up for a spontaneous dance, study or yoga session, a cup of tea or a night out and ready to talk about anything.
