The room is part of a beautiful Altbau flat. The room, though small, is nice and bright and gets plenty of morning sun; it has a large window and shiny new parquet. The window opens to the courtyard; therefore, it is very quiet besides the birds in the trees and no street noise! It has a high bed, so there is actually plenty of room and a cosy sleeping couch corner underneath.
The apartment itself has another, bigger bed room, a cozy kitchen with everything your heart might desire, a shared bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
In general, the apartment and the whole building have a very nice Viennese Altbau-flair.
I will make you enough space everywhere for all of your stuff of course!
And as you can see, I have a few plants that would love their occasional drink from time to time.
The apartment is in the 16th district quite close to the center, so it's super well connected but it's not too loud around here!
There are supermarkets and a pharmarcy just around the corner, as well as snack bars and restaurants within walking distance.
The bus 48A and tram 9 are right outside the door. You will need about 8 minutes to get to the U6 Burggasse-Stadthalle. By bike, you can get almost everywhere in no more than 20 minutes. The beautiful Kriemhildplatz is also super close (5 min) and you will find cute cafés there.
For students: The University of Vienna and the Boku are also very close and easy to reach.
This usually is an artists' WG: Maike, 27 is a dramaturg at the theatre and I am a theatre director. So, there are a lot of books that you can borrow! :) We will both be away in August, so let’s see who will be living with you. Of course you can get to know the other person in advance!
As we just moved in, we don't know the exact costs for electricity and gas yet. So this is an estimate! It might be a bit more (or less ;) So I would ask you to pay the estimate and the other costs as soon as I get the information of the company.
