The room is 3,90m x 3,90m and has 2 big windows directed to the west, which let a lot of sunshine in most of the time. Because of being on the third floor (the highest in this house), you can see a good amount of sky :)
About the flat:
The whole flat was completely renovated in 2022 and is in good condition. The bathroom, toilet, insulation, walls, floor, heating, electricity, etc. are completely new. It is on the 3rd Floor without a lift and a renovated old building (Altbauwohnung), so thick and robust walls, and high rooms. Despite being near to the Yppenplatz, it’s quiet most of the time, and not many cars pass in the street below. The heating works with gas (new flow heater) and there is underfloor heating in all the rooms.
There is a washing machine, a fully-functional kitchen, a fridge, and other furniture.
The room will be empty when you move in :) If you want, there is the possibility to have a (full)wooden desk, a cupboard, and a foldable bed/couch with mattress, just write if you need any of those!
UPDATE 30.8.2023
Maybe Cero is moving out as well, so it could be possible, that within the next months, another room (11 m2) will become free. If you move in, of course you will have a say on who can move in after Cero, but it would also mean that you will have to be present in case of people looking at the flat/getting to know you.
Unfortunately, the whole situation is not clear yet... If we have updates, we'll let you know.

I am a person who continues his education life in Vienna, I also work and am currently doing my German course. I am 39 years old and I can speak Kurdish(Kilmancki), Turkish, English, and a little German.
For me, it's important to have an empathic, respectful, and understanding way of communicating with each other, other persons, and living beings. I am open and interested and like to talk, cook and eat together and also go out for meeting friends and do sports. And of course to give each other space and don't necessarily talk or be social all the time is fine for me. I am trying to eat a vegetarian diet, but it is not a criterion for me which type of nutrition a person cares about.
Politically a basic anti-militarist and anti-fascist understanding is really important to me. I like to talk and exchange about current events and different viewpoints on topics.
Since our living space together is not too big, it's important for me that we clean it regularly, so that it does not restrict others.
When you come to see the house and meet up, we can talk about what are things and topics that are sensitive/important to you. If you have any questions about any subject other than what I have mentioned above, you can always write me. :)
The room will be available from 01.10.2023 until at least (probably longer) 01.04.2024. Of course, we can talk about the time period and possibilities.
The extra costs is the internet, 20€/per person per month. (Has a quite good speed)
