Dear room seeker,
Another 144m² of living space awaits you in our top-floor flat. In addition to a large living room with a dining table, projector, piano, record player, and large couch, there is a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need: an electric cooker, oven, microwave, and dishwasher (house blessing!). We have divided up the compartments in the cupboards, shelves, and fridge so that everyone can store their food, etc. If the occasion arises, we like to cook together or at the same time; then it can get cozy in the kitchen :)
The room includes a big bed, two drawers, a bookshelf, two tables, for large shelves, and a clothing rail. The room for rent has a large roof window. The sloping roof makes the room (and the rest of the flat) particularly bright and very cozy. There is an iron and an ironing table you can use.

Von unserer Wohnung kommt man überall in sehr angenehmer Zeit hin. Es befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe (2,9,43,44,10A). Die U6 Station Alserstraße ist nur drei Stationen mit der 43er Linie entfernt (ab Rosensteingasse) und mit der Straßenbahnlinie 2 kommt man in wenigen Minuten von der Station Mayssengasse zur U6 Station Josefstädterstraße, direkt zum Karlsplatz oder zum Donaukanal. Die Straßenbahnlinie 9 fährt in ca. 15min direkt zum Westbahnhof. Für Studierende ist die Anbindung top, da die Hauptuni sowie Boku in max. 20 Minuten mit den Öffis oder in 15min mit dem Rad erreichbar sind.
Die WG besteht im Moment aus vier 5 unglaublich lieben und aufgeschlossenen Menschen, die jeden sofort willkommen heißen.
Hier wohnen Lea, bei der es durch ihr Filmschnitt-Studium an der Filmakademie sowas wie langweiligen Alltag nicht gibt; Ani, die Hockey Spielerin, die im Master Archivwissenschaften und Linguistik studiert und Daniel, das Bandmitglied, der Jazz- und Popgitarre studiert, Henri der im Master Geodäsie an der TU studiert und Dominik der gerade seinen Bachelor in irgendwas mit alternativer Energie gemacht hat :)
Großartig an dieser WG ist der respektvolle Umgang mit der Privatsphäre.
Jeder hat hier seinen eigenen (Arbeits-)Alltag und Zeit für sich, jedoch sind gemeinsame Koch- und Filmabende, Sporteinheiten oder Ausflüge keine Seltenheit.
Wir haben einen ausgeklügelten und relativ entspannten Putzplan. Unsere Devise: wenig Arbeit für ein sauberes Wohngefühl. Sauberkeit ist uns allen wichtig!
Wenn du uns schreibst, erzähl einfach kurz ein bisschen was über dich und wir kümmern uns dann so schnell wie möglich um eine Antwort und machen ggf. einen Kennenlern-Termin aus. Da jetzt im Sommer viele von uns unterwegs sind kann es sein dass wir das erste Kennenlernen via Zoom machen. Oder eben die, die da sind kommen zum persönlichen Treffen und die anderen schalten wir online hinzu.
