bei uns wird zum 01.09. ein kleines, feines Zimmer in unserer 5er-WG frei. Das Zimmer ist ruhig mit einem Fenster zum Hinterhof gelegen. Durch die Südlage scheint Nachmittags die Sonne ins Zimmer, und es besitzt eine nette Nische mit einem eingebauten Bett (das bei Bedarf aber entfernt werden kann). Das Zimmer kann möbliert übernommen werden, im Moment verfügt es neben dem Bett über einen Schreibtisch und einen Kleiderschrank. Zusätzlichen Stauraum gibt es in einem Einbauschrank direkt neben dem Zimmer auf dem Flur.
Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig (Altbau halt :D) mit einem Wohnzimmer inkl. Beamer, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, gut ausgestatteter Küche (Spülmaschine (!!), Mikrowelle, Backofen, Gefrierschrank, 2 Kühlschränke, Waschmaschine).

Hello everyone,
from 1st September we are offering a small, but cozy room in our shared house of five people. The room is calmly situated with the window overlooking the backyard. Due to the southern orientation, the sun shines into the room in the afternoon, and it has a nice alcove with a built-in bed (which can be removed if necessary). The room can be taken over furnished, at the moment it has a desk and a wardrobe next to the bed. Additional storage space is available in a built-in wardrobe right next to the room in the hallway.
In general we have a very roomy flat, which includes a living room with beamer, bathroom with bathtub, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer, 2 fridges, laundry machine).
Unsere WG liegt in der Nähe der Kreuzung Hernalser Hauptstraße/Wattgasse bei der Haltestelle der 43er Straßenbahn (fährt in 15 Min direkt zu Hauptuni, Campus und NIG) und 10A (Boku (11 Min), Türkenschanzpark, Schönbrunn, Schmelz etc.). Bis zur S-Bahn (Hütteldorf - Handelskai, BOKU Muthgasse in 20 Min erreichbar) sind es 5 min zu Fuß, Park und Freibad sind um die Ecke. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es vor der Tür (Hofer, Billa, Bipa, Post, Bank, Libro, OBI, Mömax). Man ist auch sehr schnell im schönen, grünen Wienerwald, und schon ab 2035 gibts eine U-Bahn-Haltestelle bei uns. ;-)
We are situated in the 17th district nearby the tram station Wattgasse. Connections are great in every direction! Going by tram 43 you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes (Schottentor, right next to the main university, campus and NIG). The bus 10A (Boku (11min), Türkenschanzpark, Schönbrunn, Schmelz, etc.) and the S-Bahn station Hernals (Hütteldorf – Handelskai) are close as well.
You can get out of the city and into the green quite quickly, too! Hofer, Billa, Bipa, post office, bank, Libro, OBI, Mömax are all reachable within 1 - 5 minutes.
Unsere WG besteht aus Annika (Master Agrarwissenschaften), Julian (PhD Wasserbau) und Márton (PhD Agrarwissenschaften). Hier wohnst du mit vier lieben Menschen (ein weiteres Zimmer wird auch noch frei) zusammen, die sich gerne auf einen Plausch in der Küche treffen, ein Eis in der hauseigenen Gelateria genießen, oder sich für einen Filmeabend ins Wohnzimmer chillen. Wir unternehmen gerne mal was gemeinsam (Fortgehen, Konzerte, Wandern etc.), planen jetzt aber keine Weltreisen miteinander. Jeder bekommt den Freiraum den man benötigt. Und wir halten unsere Wohnung sauber und ordentlich (Putzplan).

We are Annika (Master Agricultural Sciences), Julian (PhD Hydraulic Engineering) and Márton (PhD Agricultural Sciences). You would live together with four dear people (one more room will also be free), who love to meet in the kitchen for a chat, eat icecream in the gelateria just outside of our flat, or watch movies in the living room. We love doing things together from time to time, but at the same time everyone has and gets the personal space needed. And we keep our flat clean and tidy (cleaning schedule, you know the drill).
