Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m2 groß, nach Osten in den Innenhof ausgerichtet und äußerst ruhig.
In der Ecke des Zimmers befindet sich ein kleiner Holzofen (den wir persönlich noch nie verwendet haben ;)).
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und kann gegen eine kleine Ablöse so übernommen werden. Wenn du eigene Möbel hast kann es auch unmöbliert übernommen werden.
Das Gebäude ist schon etwas älter, die Fenster und die Gastherme sind aber neu!!
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, drei zentral begehbaren Zimmern, einem Bad, einem separatem WC und einem Vorraum mit Sitzecke, wo man sich auch zusammensetzen kann. In der Küche steht ein Gasherd. Ein Geschirrspüler ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

The room is about 14 m2, facing east into the courtyard and extremely quiet.
There is a small wood stove in the corner of the room (which Iwe personally have never used ;)).
The room is fully furnished and can be taken over as such in exchange for a small compensation. Alternatively, if you have your own furniture you can also take over to room unfurnished.
The building is a bit older, but the windows and the gas boiler are new!!
The flat consists of a well-equipped kitchen, three centrally accessible rooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and an anteroom with a sitting area where we can also sit together. There is a gas cooker in the kitchen. A dishwasher is also available.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Weißgasse in der Nähe des Elterleinplatzes. Zahlreiche Straßenbahnen (44, 43, 2, 9,) sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Außerdem sind U6 und S45 fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad oder mit der Straßenbahnlinie 43 ist man auch sehr schnell im Grünen. Mit der Tram ist man in 20 min beim Schottentor.
Weniger Meter von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein Billa Plus. Weitere Supermärkte sowie zahlreiche Beisln sind rasch zu erreichen.

The flat is located in Weißgasse near Elterleinplatz. Trams (44, 43, 2, 9) are within walking distance. The U6 and S45 are also not far away. You can also get to the Wienerwald very quickly by bike or with tram line 43. Yout can reach Schottentor in 20 min.
A Billa Plus is locateda few metres away from the flat. Other supermarkets and numerous pubs are within easy reach.
In der WG leben Emma (32 J., aus Frankreich) und Samuel (31 J., aus Südtirol). Emma arbeitet im Bildungsbereich, Samuel studiert Chemie. Der Umgang in der WG ist immer freundschaftlich und rücksichtsvoll. Zumindest einmal die Woche versuchen wir einen WG-Abend mit gemeinsamen Essen zu haben. Außerdem gehen wir auch regelmäßig gemeinsam Squash spielen.
Samuel kocht gerne (auf Rückfrage) für die WG. Er interessiert sich außerdem für Sport, klassische Musik und Brettspiele.
Emma interessiert sich für Kino, Kuchen und Karten.

Emma (31 y., from France) and Samuel (30 y., from South Tyrol) live in the shared flat. Emma works in education, Samuel is studying chemistry. The interaction in the shared flat is always friendly and considerate. We try to have a flat-sharing evening about once a week with a common meal. Additionally, we like to go playing squash together regularly.
Samuel likes to cook for the WG (if you ask him). Moreover he is interested in sports, classical music and boardgames.
Emma is interested in cinema, cake and maps.
Das Zimmer wird ab 1. Juni frei, aber ein späteres Einzugsdatum (bis 1. Juli) ist möglich.
Die Miete beträgt 370 € alles inklusive!!
