Das Zimmer hat ca 25m^2, hat zwei große Fenster wodurch es sehr hell ist, jedoch kaum direktes Sonneneinstrahlung, dadurch wird es im Sommer nicht allzu heiß.
Da es sich um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, bleiben Couch, Bett, Regale etc. im Zimmer - es werden keine eigenen Möbel benötigt. Es wird genügend Stauraum für Klamotten etc. freigemacht.
Das Zimmer befindet sich nahe der Eingangstür und ist nicht direkt an der Küche und deshalb eher ruhig.
Das Haus hat einen Aufzug, Radkeller und einen kleinen feinen Innenhof.

the room has 25m^2, has 2 big windows so it is bright. There is not much direct sunlight during the day so the room is not heating up that much in summer.
The room can be rented for july and august I will come back in september, so the furniture, like couch, bed, drawers etc. I will assure that there s enough space for your stuff and wardrobe.
The room is next to the entrance and toilet and is not quite quiet. The street in front of the room is also not really busy.
The house has an elevator, bike cellar, small basement and an small, sweet inner courtyard for coffee breaks.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, befindet sich in einer Seitengasse, mit wenig Autoverkehr. Es gibt zahlreiche Supermärkte in der Nähe:
2 min - Billa
4 min - Penny
7 min - großer Spar
Der Johann-Nepomuk-Vogl Platz ist gleich ums Eck, mit vielen kleinen Essenständen, Tischtennisplatte und Beisln. Der Türkenschanzpark und Währinger Park sind auch nicht weit.
Die Wohnung ist gut an Öffis angebunden:
9er Straßenbahn (Westbahnhof, Gersthof): 2min
42 Straßenbahn (Schottentor): 3 min
U6: 10 min zu Fuß oder mit Straßenbahn

There are a lot of supermarkets nearby: Billa, Penny and a big Spar are less than 10min by foot. There's also a small park right around the corner, where you can play ping pong, grab a snack, or drink a beer. Türkenschanzpark, Yppenplatz and Währinger Park are also not far away.
The apartment has good connections to public transport:
Two trams are less than 3 minutes away and the U6 is 10 minutes or 2 stations with the tram.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte WG aus Studenten und Arbeitenden.
Du teilst die Wohnung mit Arina, die auf der Universität für Angewandte Kunst studiert und nebenbei in einer Bar arbeitet. Mit ihr ist es immer lustig und ihr lachen steckt definitiv an.
Flo studiert auch auf der Angewandten, ist immer auf Achse sei es nun Arbeit, Uni oder viele andere Projekte. Er ist eher selten anzutreffen, trotzdem trifft man sich gern auf einen Kaffee in der Küche. Er kocht gern vegan für die gesamte WG und hilft gern mit allerlei Werkzeug und handwerklicher Expertise aus.
Bob arbeitet im Umweltministerium und spielt leidenschaftlich gern Bass. Er spielt fast in jeder freien Minute und Musik ist das klare Anzeichen, dass er daheim ist. Außerdem skatet und radelt er gern.
Wir teilen alle unsere Lebensmittel und kochen gern für alle mit. Die Küche vereint alle Zimmer und ist unser kleines feines Küchenwohnzimmer mit großen runden Tisch. Bei uns wird hauptsächlich vegetarisch und vegan gekocht.
We are a bunch of sweet, creative und fun people.
You are sharing the apartment with Arina, she's studying at University of Applied sience as well as Flo. She is working in a bar as well, loves to sporty and dance. And she is laughing a lot :)
Flo is always somewhere but when you meet him there s always time for a chat and a coffee. He likes to cook vegan meals for everyone, has a lot technical tools for you in the room and is always ready to help with anything.
Bob is working is part time working. He is addicted to playing bass and he also plays in a quite cool band. He also loves skateboarding and cycling.
We are used to share all of our groceries and stuff in the kitchen. The kitchen is more or less our living room and brings us all together. We are mostly cooking vegetarian and vegan dishes :)
Meine WG würde sich über eine*n lebenslustige*n Zwischenmieter*in freuen egal ob Student*in oder Arbeitende :) Wir sind für jedes Geschlecht und Alter grundsätzlich offen es muss einfach passen.
Da es sich nur um eine Zwischenmiete handelt, werden ein paar Sachen im Zimmer gelassen - am besten wir besprechen das dann persönlich.

My roommates would love to have a fun, relaxed person with them living. It doesn't matter how old you are or if you studying or already working. All genders definitely welcome!!!
As already said most of the furniture will stay in the room - I am flexible with that so let's talk and find a good solution.
