Hallo ihr lieben Zimmersuchenden,
Das Zimmer:
mein schönes Zimmer mit Erker wird frei, da ich in eine andere Stadt ziehe. Das Zimmer ist über 30m2 groß und dank der großen Fenster sehr hell. Aktuell ist das Zimmer bis einschließlich November befristet. Eventuell kann der Mietvertrag aber auch verlängert werden, meine Mitbewohner würden auch gerne länger bleiben. Ich würde dir das Zimmer teilmöbeliert oder unmöbeliert übergeben. Wenn du ein paar der Möbel behalten willst können wir eine Ablösevereinbarung ausmachen. Ansonsten würde ich die Möbel teilweise mitnehmen oder verkaufen. Der Boden besteht aus schönem dunklen Pakett. Das einzige Manko an dem Zimmer ist das es recht hellhörig ist.
Die Wohnung:
In der Wohnung gibt es ein großes Bad, inklusive Badewanne, Duschkabine, Klo und Waschbecken und ein kleines Bad mit Klo und Waschbecken. Die Küche mit Essbereich grenzt an den Flur an und ist wie das Bad mit Steinboden ausgelegt. Der gesamte Steinboden-Bereich besitzt eine Fußbodenheizung, die im Winter eingeschaltet ist.
Meine Mitbewohner:
Ich teile unserere Wohnung mit drei wundervollen Menschen: Daniel, Seif und David.
Daniel arbeitet im Krankenhaus in der Krebsforschung und hat ein Herz für Umweltaktivismus.
Seif ist Künstler und arbeitet im Stylingbereich.
David hat Management by Design studiert und arbeitet gerne an eigenen Projekten.
Alle drei haben eine offene und freundliche Persönlichkeit, welche ein Zusammenleben sehr angenehm macht.
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Elterleinplatz, man braucht also mit der 43 Tram 15 Minuten zum Schottentor. Die U-Bahn-Station Alserstraße ist 7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

Dear room seekers,
My beautiful room with bay window is becoming available as I am moving to another city. The room is over 30m2 big and very bright thanks to the large windows. The room is available until the end of November. However, it may be possible to extend the rental contract, as my flatmates would also like to stay longer. I would give you the room partly furnished or unfurnished. If you want to keep some of the furniture, we can make a transfer agreement. Otherwise, I would take some of the furniture with me or sell it. The floor is a nice dark parquet. The only drawback of the room is that it is quite audible.
The flat:
In the apartment there is a large bathroom including a bath, shower cubicle, toilet and a basin and a small bathroom with a toilet and a basin. The kitchen with dining area is adjacent to the hallway and is tiled in stone like the bathroom. The entire tiled area has underfloor heating, which is switched on in winter.
My flatmates:
I share our flat with three wonderful people: Daniel, Seif and David.
Daniel works at the hospital in cancer research and has a heart for environmental activism.
Seif is an artist and works in styling.
David studied Management by Design and enjoys working on his own projects.
All three have an open and friendly personality, which makes living together very pleasant.
Location:
The apartment is located directly on Elterleinplatz, you also need 15 minutes with the tram 43 to the Schottentor. The Alserstrasse underground station is a 7-minute walk away.
Note: You would only have to pay the rent for a month and a half, as I am still in my room until 10 February.
