Hello my name is Lucia and im leaving my room in july or latest august and would like to find someone starting the contract 1.8.2023. I speak also german if needed. The room is fully furnished and im leaving here almost all furniture for free without Ablöse. The kaution is to pay 3 month rents like is mentioned exactly 1230e.The rent is in calm location, tram 9 and 43 are 2 mins walking distance. U6 is few stops away with tram 43, or other direction is schnellbahn S45 station Hernals. Billa, Lidl, Apotheke, Doctors, Post, Dm, Bippa, Banks everything is available in 5 mins walking distance. Its 3 room appartment with kitchen and bathroom with toilet. In one room live two Ukrainians mother with daughter age 18 and around 40, other room french working man 34 years old. I would say its more zweck Wg but it depends. We talk to each other we have good relationships i just dont spend much time here cause i travel home often and work, atmosphere is good here. We are all calm people chilled and friendly. If you interested im happy to hear from you guys :)))
