Da ich (Pieri) von Februar bis inkl. Juni für Erasmus nach Italien ziehe, suche ich eine*n Untermieter*in !
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.02.24 frei. Es hat 19m2 und ist vollmöbliert (Bett, Nachtkasten, Schreibtisch, Kasten, Lampen & mehrere Regale vorhanden). Das Zimmer ist sehr hell (Fenster nach Osten), kann aber auch wunderbar dank den Rollos verdunkelt werden. Zudem gibt es eine wunderschöne Aussicht, v.a. auf den Eislaufplatz Engelmann (siehe Fotos)!

As I'll be studying abroad from february until june, i'm looking for someone to sublet my room !
The room is available starting from 01/02/24. It's 19m2 big and fully furnished (bed, nightstand, desk, lamps, wardrobe & a lot of storage space). The room is very bright (window oriented towards east), but it can also be darkened thanks to the blinds. Additionally, the view of the ice skating rink is amazing!

Hi! Ich bin Darya/Dascha, bin 21, studiere graphic design an der Graphischen und werde deine Mitbewohnerin sein. Ich spreche Ukrainisch, Deutsch, Russisch und Englisch. Ich bin sehr gern mit Gerhard (meinem kleinen Kater) in der Küche beim Kochen, bin ziemlich sozial, schaue gerne Serien und jap :) Gerhard ist 10 Monate alt, er ist sauber, sehr liebevoll, und kuschelt gerne! Ich spiele auch manchmal Klavier, wenn du nichts dagegen hast. Ich freue mich wenn mein*e Mitbewohner*in freundlich ist, mag auch viel plaudern und Freunde in die Wohnung einladen.
Was das Aufräumen betrifft bin ich da flexibel, aber ich suche nur ausschließlich Leute, die die Sauberkeit mögen und anderen diesbezüglich respektieren. Das ist eine LGBTQ+ freundliche WG, es hier wird keiner deskriminiert.

Hi! I'm Darya/Dascha, I'm 21, studying graphic design at the Graphische and will be your flatmate. I speak ukrainian, german, russian and english. I love to be in the kitchen cooking with Gerhard (my little cat), I'm quite social, like to watch series and yeah :) Gerhard is 10 months old, he is clean, very affectionate, and loves to cuddle! I also play the piano sometimes if you don't mind. I'm happy if my flatmate is friendly, also likes to chat a lot and invite friends over to the flat.
I am flexible when it comes to tidying up, but I am only looking for people who like cleanliness and respect others in this regard. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly flat share, no one is discriminated against here.
