ab Mitte Juni 2024 steht ein neu eingerichtetes Zimmer mit 15m2 zur Verfügung. Die großzügige, neu renovierte und topausgestattete Wohnung liegt im 17. Bezirk direkt an der Hernalser Hauptstraße und ist somit für Studierende ideal gelegen. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist schon komplett neu mit einem Bett, Nachtisch, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch mit Sessel sowie Bücherregal ausgestattet. Durch die zwei Fenster ist es hell, gleichzeitig durch die hervorragende Schallisolierung sehr ruhig. Wenn Du z.B. nur für ein Auslandssemester hier einziehen möchtest, können wir gerne auch für zusätzliche Ausstattung wie Bettwäsche, etc. sorgen.
Die helle Drei-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung besteht aus einer vollständig ausgestatteten Küche inklusive Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backrohr, Kühlschrank und TK-Fach. Dazu kommen ein Badezimmer, WC extra und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Von Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Staubsauger zu Wäscheständern ist auch für den Haushalt alles Nötige vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer, wo auch die Essecke ist, gibt es einen Fernseher. WLAN ist auch vorhanden. Ich habe auch ein E-Piano, dass Du selbstverständlich gerne mitbenutzen kannst.

a newly furnished room with 15m2 is available from mid of June 2024. The spacious, newly renovated and top-equipped flat is located in the 17th district directly on Hernalser Hauptstraße and is therefore ideal for students. Your future room is already fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and chair as well as a bookshelf. It is bright thanks to the two windows, yet very quiet thanks to the excellent soundproofing. If you only want to move in here for a semester abroad, for example, we can also provide additional furnishings such as bed linen, etc.
The bright three-room flat consists of a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge and freezer compartment. There is also a bathroom, separate restroom and a spacious living room. From washing machine with tumble dryer, hoover to clothes horse, everything you need for the household is also available.There is a TV in the living room, where the dining area is located. WLAN is also provided. I also have an e-piano, which you are welcome to use.
Die Straßenbahnlinie 43, die in ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Schottentor und somit sowohl zur Universität als auch in die Innenstadt führt, ist nur drei Gehminuten entfernt. Bis zum Campus sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit den Öffis. Auch die BoKu ist in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Zwei Supermärkte sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, direkt neben dem Haus ist auch ein kleiner türkischer Supermarkt mit eigener Bäckerei. Auch eine Apotheke, Drogerie (Bipa), mehrere Bäckereifilialen, Post, verschiedene Arztpraxen und Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in einem Radius von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In 15 Minuten ist man mit den Öffis im Grünen.

Tram line 43, which takes around 20 minutes to Schottentor and thus to both the university and the city centre, is just a three-minute walk away. The campus (Uni Wien and MedUni) is around 15 minutes away by public transport. The BoKu can also be reached in 20 minutes. Two supermarkets are just a few minutes' walk away, and there is also a small Turkish supermarket with its own bakery right next to the house. A pharmacy, drugstore (Bipa), several bakeries, post office, various doctors' offices and shops for daily needs can also be reached within a radius of 5 minutes. The countryside can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport.
Derzeit studiere ich im Master Musikwissenschaft, singe im Chor, spiele Klavier und nehme gerne am Kulturleben Wiens teil. Ich freue mich, wenn in der WG Musik gemacht wird, aber ansonsten bin ich sehr ruhig, schreibe, interessiere mich für Sprachen, zeichne, mache gerne Yoga und engagiere mich für Chronic Illness Awareness.
Die Miete ist vorerst bis 30.9.2024 befristet, jedoch ist auch eine Verlängerung denkbar, schreib mir einfach!
Internationals welcome, ich würde mich auch über die Bereicherung freuen, sich sprachlich und kulturell auszutauschen. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, von Dir zu hören! I am currently studying for a Master's degree in musicology, sing in a choir, play the piano and enjoy taking part in Vienna's cultural life. I am happy when there is music in the flat, but otherwise I am quiet, spend my time writing or drawing. Ich fungiere als Hauptmieterin. Die Miete inklusive Betriebskosten beträgt 550 Euro, dazu kommen noch 50 Euro Nebenkosten für WLAN und Strom. Zudem ist eine Kaution von 1200 Euro (2 Monatsmieten) zu hinterlegen.
