Das Zimmer ist 8m2 plus ein Hochbett. Das Fenster ist auf der Innenhof Seite, dazu sehr Ruhig aber noch super Hell.
Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und würden uns freuen, wenn jemand zu uns kommt, die oft reisst oder braucht nicht so viel platz. Dafür, das Zimmer ist perfekt.
Neben deinem zukünftigen Zimmer gibt es in der Wohnung zwei weitere bewohnte Zimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Toilette (mit Fenster) und das Bad sind getrennt begehbar. Die WG ist ein nicht raucher WG und wir suchen Saubere Leute.
Was ist den Lebensstil:
* Saubere gemeinsame Räume vor allem Küche und Klo!
* Sehr gern manchmal ein paar Freunde einladen oder eine Party machen, aber leider müssen wir Studieren und arbeiten, und wollen wir auch unsere Ruhe
* Nicht in die Wohnung rauchen
* Kein Rassismus, Sexismus, Homophobie, etc…

EN: The room is 8m2 plus a raised bed. The window is on the courtyard side, very quiet but still super bright.
The room is very small and it's especially well suited for a person who often travels or does not need so much space. But the room is perfect.
In addition to your room, there are two other occupied rooms in the flat and a well-equipped kitchen. The toilet (with window) and the bathroom can be accessed separately. The flat share is a non-smoking flat share and we are looking for clean people.
The WG-lifestyle:
* Clean common areas especially kitchen and toilet!
* We would love to invite a few friends over sometimes or have a party, but unfortunately we have to study and work and we want our peace and quiet.
* No smoking in the flat
* No racism, sexism, homophobia, etc...

Der Lage ist perfekt wenn mann Laufen gehen will, oder ein schöner Spaziergang an der Alszeile machen will. Es ist Grün, Rühig und sehr gut kommuniziert mit bus, Nacht bus, bim, und schnell-bahn.
Mega ruhig.
Man braucht zu Fuß 3 bis 4 min, um zur 2er oder 43er Straßenbahn, sowie zur S45 zu kommen und 5 min zur 10A.

The location is perfect if you want to go for a run or a nice walk in the neighborhood. It is green, quiet and very well connected with bus, night bus, tram, S-Bahn and trains.
Mega quiet.
It takes 3 to 4 minutes on foot to get to the tram 2 or 43, as well as to the S45 and 5 minutes to the 10A.
Wir Arbeiten Vollzeit und suchen jemand der/die in dieser Lebensstill gut fühlt. Das heisst wir machen keine Partys weil unsere Arbeitszeiten nicht genau die gleiche sind. Gemeinsam machen wir nicht viel, aber freuen uns wenn jemand motiviert um was zu organisieren ist.

We work full time and are looking for someone who is comfortable with this lifestyle. That means we don't do parties because our working hours are not exactly the same. We don't do much together, but we are happy if someone is motivated to organise something.
