We are looking for a new person to share our nice apartment with, with the start of november.

Unsere WG liegt im 17. Bezirk in der Bergsteiggasse. Die Straßenbahnlinie 44 kann in 4 Gehminuten, die Linie 43 in etwa 5 Gehminuten erreicht werden. Die U-Bahn-Stationen Alser Straße und Josefstädter Straße sowie die Straßenbahnlinie 2 sind jeweils nur 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Penny Markt, Lidl, Hofer, Bipa) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Außerdem ist man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Yppenplatz und Brunnenmarkt, wo es viele nette Bars und Restaurants und einen Markt mit frischem Obst, Gemüse u. a. gibt.

The flat is located in the 17th district. The tram line 44 is 4 minutes walking distance, the line 43 is 5min away and both lines bring you directly to the city centre. The metro stations Alser Straße and Josefstädter Straße (U6) as well as the tram line 2 are just 8 minutes away. The flat is only 5 minutes away from Yppenplatz, there you can find many nice bars and restaurants. Every kind of markets and shops are just around the corner.
Du wirst mit den besten MitbewohnerInnen zusammenwohnen: Matthäus (24, ursprünglich aus Kärnten, Grafiker) und Renata (28, ursprünglich aus Brasilien, studiert Human Rights Law). Wir sind absolut keine Zweck-WG, denn wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander bei einem Gläschen Wein oder einem Bier auf der Loggia, kochen gerne zusammen oder schauen einen Film. Privatsphäre ist natürlich dennoch ebenso geschätzt und auch respektiert. Wichtig ist uns auch die Ordnung, damit wir uns in unserem Zuhause auch wohl fühlen. :)

You will be sharing the flat with the best flatmates there are: Matthäus (24, originally from Carinthia, Graphic designer) and Renata (28, originally from Brasil, Human Rights Law student). We like spending time together, enjoying a drink on our balcony or cooking together; although we know that everyone needs their space, so we respect and appreciate privacy of course. We are very organised, clean and sociable and cleaning our apartment on a regular basis is important to us. :)
Alle Fenster der WG sind mit Jalousien ausgestattet und gehen auf einen grünen, ruhigen Innenhof. Wir haben eine sehr sonnige Loggia. Dort befinden sich ein gemütliches Palettensofa zum Chillen sowie ein Schreibtisch. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen Geschirrspüler und einer Waschmaschine.

All windows have blinds and face the calm, green inner courtyard. A loggia (balcony with windows) is accessible from one room, there you will find a relaxing couch or extra work space if needed. We also have a dishwasher and a washing machine.
