Wir sagen es euch, aber wir wissen doch eh, dass ihr es googlen werdet.
Fußläufig sind die Straßenbahnlinien 2,9 und 43 unter 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Mit der 2 kommt man vom 17.Bezirk Durch den 8.Bezirk auf den Ring, weiter Richtung Karlsplatz (25 min), Landstr., Schwedenplatz Bis in den 2.Bezirk Zur Taborstr und viel weiter bin ich auch noch nicht gefahren damit.
Mit der 9 kommt man zum Westbahnhof (17 min)
Mit der 43 (eine sehr zuverlässige und in Höchstform aller 2-3 Minuten kommende Bim) sind die wichtigsten Haltestellen die U6 Alserstr. (5 min), altes AKH (12 min) und Hauptuni/Schottentor U2 (16 min)
Daniel und Ich sind 3x die Woche auf der alten WU/Spittelau, welches uns ab dem Moment wo wir den Fuß aus der Haustür setzen bis zum Ankommen in der Werkstatt 20-25 min bedarf.

Connection
We'll tell you, but we already know you'll google it anyway.
The tram lines 2,9 and 43 are less than a 5 minute walk away.
With the 2 you`ll reach Karlsplatz (25 min), Landstrasse, Schwedenplatz, Taborstrasse and much further though I haven't used that service to he fullest yet.
The 9 takes you to Westbahnhof (17 min)
With the 43 (a very reliable tram that comes in every 2-3 minutes at rush hour) the most important stops are the U6 Alserstr. (5 min), Altes AKH (12 min) and main university / Schottentor U2 (16 min)
Daniel and I are at the old WU / Spittelau at least three times a week, which takes us 20-25 minutes from the moment we step outside the front door until we arrive at the Academy.

Zu Uns
Wir studieren beide Kunstrestaurierung an der AKBILD, kochen und essen gerne, gehen gern feiern, gammeln gern auf der Couch mit Freunden und Katze, sind sauber und ordentlich. Im Sommer findet man uns meist auf der Donauinsel oder am Kanal und ja was soll man groß erzählen. Wir lernen uns ja eh kennen.

About us
We both study art restoration at AKBILD, we like to cook and eat, like to party, like to hang out on the couch with friends and cats, we are clean and tidy. In summer you can usually find us on the Danube Island or at the canal and yes, what else is there to tell ? We'll get to know each other anyway.

Zu Euch
Wir heißen Menschen der LGBQT+ Community, Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund und CIS- Peepz alle gleichermaßen Willkommen. Essen könnt ihr auch was und wie ihr wollt.
Die Dauer des Aufenthaltes ist soweit frei, dass ihr bitte mind. 3 Monate mit uns wohnt. Wir hatten uns gedacht, dass das große 19qm Zimmer längerfristig vermietet werden sollte und das kleine 12 qm Zimmer, gern für Erasmus Studenten, Praktikanten, Neu-in-Wien-Ankommende gedacht ist (Möblierung mit Einzelbett möglich und was wir vlt. noch auftreiben können)
Des Weiteren verlangen wir eine Ablöse für Waschmaschine und Staubsauger, die sich unter 100€ halten sollte.

About you
We welcome people from the LGBQT + community, people with a migration background and CIS-Peepz all equally. You can also eat what and how you want it.
The duration of your stay is as flexible as that you can live with us for at least 3 months. We had in mind, that the large 19sqm room should be rented out for a longer period of time and the small 12sqm room is intended tob e for Erasmus students, interns or newcomers to Vienna (furnitured with a single bed is possible)
We also charge a one time payment for the washing machine and vacuum cleaner, which should be less than 100€.
