Ich ziehe aus der WG aus und suche einen Mieter für dieses nette und helle WG-Zimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines 80er Jahre Wohnhauses in der Nähe des Elterleinplatzes.
Straßenbahnlinie 9 ist gleich um die Ecke.
Die Küche ist neu und auch recht hell.
Bad und WC sind separat.
Im Wohnhaus befindet sich ein Hobbyraum mit Tischtennistisch und eine Sauna, die allerdings jetzt in Pandemiezeiten geschlossen ist.
Bett und Schreibtisch können im Zimmer bleiben, wenn man will.
Werden kostenlos vom Hauptmieter zur Verfügung gestellt.
360€ Gesamtmiete inkl. Betriebskosten und Wlan.
Bei Fragen einfach gerne melden.
Der Hauptmieter, der auch in der WG wohnt, kommt aus China und ist recht nett, er hat auch manchmal für mich gekocht.
Der zweite Mitbewohner kommt aus Graz, mit ihm hab ich mich auch gut verstanden.
