Möbliertes 18m² Zimmer in netter 4er WG

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 17. Bezirk (Hernals) und ist gut angebunden. Innerhalb von 4 Gehminuten erreicht man die 43er Straßenbahn Station Elterleinplatz, in 2 Gehminuten die 9er Straßenbahn Station Elterleinplatz und in ca. 8 Gehminuten die U-Bahn-Station Alser Straße (U6).

The apartment is located in the 17th district (Hernals) and is well connected. Within 4 minutes walking distance you can reach the 43 streetcar station Elterleinplatz, within 2 minutes walking distance the 9 streetcar station Elterleinplatz and within 8 minutes walking distance the subway station Alser Straße (U6).

Insgesamt wohnen wir zu viert in der WG – 4 Mädls. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen werden Hanna (27), Claudia (28), und Sophie (28) sein. Hanna wohnt am längsten in der WG und hat vor kurzem ihr Masterstudium über Psychologie abgeschlossen. Sie arbeitet zurzeit in OÖ, ist aber trotzdem immer mal wieder in Wien. Sophie hat vor ca. einem Jahr ihr Masterstudium in Internationale Entwicklung abgeschlossen und ist jetzt berufstätig. Claudia ist als letzte in unsere WG dazugekommen, ist fertig mit ihrem Masterstudium und auch berufstätig.

Da wir inzwischen also alle arbeiten, haben wir nicht mehr so viel Freizeit wie während des Studiums. Hin- und wieder schaffen wir es aber gemeinsam zu kochen, Filme zu schauen oder Geburtstage zu feiern und auszugehen (jedenfalls vor Corona). Uns ist ein entspanntes Zusammenleben sehr wichtig. Außerdem achten wir darauf, die Privatsphäre der Anderen zu respektieren, aber dabei auch offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen zu sein.

Wenn du im fortgeschrittenen Studium bist oder im Arbeitsleben stehst, Mitte bis Ende 20 und 3x geimpft bist, dann melde dich gerne bei uns! Es kann nicht schaden, wenn du dabei noch easy going und harmonieorientiert bist :)

Besichtigungen sind zwischen dem 07.03. und 09.03. geplant (Im Notfall ist das aber auch früher möglich).

All together there are four of us living in the WG - 4 girls. Your future roommates will be Hanna (27), Claudia (28), and Sophie (28). Hanna has been living in the WG for the longest time and has recently completed her master's degree in psychology. She is currently working in Upper Austria, but is still in Vienna from time to time. Sophie finished her Master's degree in International Development about a year ago and is now working. Claudia was the last one to join our WG, she finished her Master's degree and is also working.

So since we all got jobs now, we don't have as much free time as we did during our studies. But every now and then we manage to cook together, watch movies or celebrate birthdays and go out (at least in pre- Corona times). Living together in a relaxed way is very important to us. We also make sure to respect each other's privacy, but at the same time be open for common activities.

If you are in advanced studies or in working life, in your mid to late 20's and vaccinated 3x, feel free to contact us! It can't hurt if you are easy going and harmony oriented on top :)
Viewings are planned between 07.03. and 09.03. (In urgent cases it is also possible earlier).

Das Zimmer ist ab Anfang März 2022 frei. Da wir noch nicht genau wissen, wie lange wir noch in Wien bleiben werden und wie es bei uns weitergehen wird,, vermieten wir das Zimmer zunächst einmal nur bis bis September. Es ist aber gut möglich, dass du dann doch länger bleiben kannst.

The room is available from the beginning of March 2022. Since we do not know yet exactly how long we will stay in Vienna and how everything will continue, we rent the room initially only until September. But it sure is possible that you can stay longer.
