Hey Leute, ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-/Wohnheimzimmer. Es ist ein sehr helles, durch ein großes Fenster belichtetes Zimmer. Auch abends ist eine gute Beleuchtung durch zwei Deckenlampen möglich. Da es in dem Zimmer einmal ums Eck geht, wirkt es deutlich größer als man von der Grundfläche erwarten könnte. Man hat dadurch ebenfalls die Möglichkeit, sein Bett etwas von dem Rest des Zimmers zu trennen, was ich als durchaus positiv Eigenschaft erleben durfte.
Ansonsten ist es mit Möbeln wie einem Schrank, einem kleinen Schreibtisch und einem Bett ausgestattet. Das gibt es alles ohne Ablöse.
Die Küche ist nicht die größte, doch kann man zu zweit auf jeden Fall darin kochen, wobei alle in der WG einen anderen Tagesrhythmus haben, also kommt es dort eigentlich nie zu Komplikationen…
Es gibt eine separate Toilette und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche usw….
Im liebevoll genannten “Salon” gibt es eine Esstisch.
Hey guys, I'm looking for a new tenant for my shared / dorm room. It is a very bright room, lit by a large window. Good lighting is also possible in the evening with two ceiling lamps. Since the room is around the corner, it looks much larger than one might expect from the floor space. This also gives you the option of separating your bed from the rest of the room, which I was able to experience as a positive feature.
Otherwise, it is equipped with furniture such as a closet, a small desk and a bed. All of this is available without a fee.
The kitchen is not the largest, but you can definitely cook in it for two, although everyone in the shared apartment has a different daily rhythm, so there are actually never any complications ...
There is a separate toilet and a small bathroom with a shower etc ...
There is a dining table in the affectionately called “salon”.
Die Lage der WG ist für Studenten sehr vorteilhaft. Den kürzesten Weg gibt es für die Sportstudierende, welche auf die Schmelz müssen. Mit dem 10A ist man dort in max 10 Minuten. Auch die Bokustudierende sind in ca 15 Minuten mit dem 10A an ihrer Uni.
Mit der 43er Linie ist man in 25 Minuten am Schottentor, also an der Hauptuni(für Wiener Verhältnisse keine lange Strecke). In zwei Stationen ist man an der U-Bahnstation Alser Straße und in die andere Richtung ist man innerhalb von einer Station an der Station Hernals…

The location of the flat share is very advantageous for students. There is the shortest route for the sports students who have to go to the Schmelz. With the 10A you are there in max 10 minutes. Boku students can also get their 10A at their university in about 15 minutes.
The 43 line takes you to the Schottentor, i.e. the main university, in 25 minutes (not a long distance by Viennese standards). In two stations you are at the subway station Alser Straße and in the other direction you are within one stop at the station Hernals ...

In der WG wohnen sechs Leute, leider kenne ich nicht alle, da jetzt viele neue gekommen sind aber da es sich um Studierende handelt, sollte es eine entspannte Stimmung sein.
Noch zum Abschluss: in der Miete von 330 ist alles inbegriffen. Das heißt: Internet, Heizung, Strom, Wasser usw.
Die einzige Ausnahme ist die Waschmaschine im Keller. Diese kostet 1€ pro Waschgang.
Bei Interesse schreibt mir doch einfach ein etwas über dich. Dann können wir gerne eine Besichtigung vereinbaren.
