Das Zimmer ist etwa 10 m² groß und möbliert (Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank, Regal, Kleiderständer). Das Fenster zeigt nach Osten, wodurch am Vormittag die Sonne reinscheint. Es befindet sich in einer Nebenstraße der Hernalser Hauptstraße, wodurch der Verkehr zu hören ist, aber nicht laut.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer einmal wöchentlich von einer Putzkraft säubern zu lassen.
Der Tisch auf den Bildern wird eventuell durch einen anderen getauscht.
Das Zimmer ist nach Absprache verfügbar.

The room is about 10 m² big and furnished (desk, chair, wardrobe, shelf, clothes rail). The window isaligned to in in an eastward direction, so the sun brightens the room in the forenoon. You can hear the traffic from Hernalser Hauptstraße, but not loud due to the window is facing a side street.
It's possible that a cleaner cleans your room once a week.
The desk on the pictures will maybe be swaped with another one.
The room is available according to prior agreement.

Die WG befindet sich nahe zur Wattgasse und Hernalser Hauptstraße und hat dadurch einen guten Öffi-Anschluss (Busse und Straßenbahn).
Hauptsächlich entlang der Hernalser Hauptstraße befinden sich einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte und allgemein es herrscht allgemein eine gute Infrastruktur.
English:
The flat has a good access to public transport (busses & tram) cause it's near to Wattgasse and Hernalser Hauptstraße.
Mainly along Hernalser Hauptstraße are couple of grocery stores. In general there is a good infrastructure.

In der WG leben aktuell Joshua und Abby, ein Paar aus Ecuador, beide ca. 30 Jahre alt, und studieren. Eliza wohnt auch noch in der WG. Sie ist etwa Mitte 50, wird aber bald ausziehen.
Eigentlich ist die Wohnung eine 3er-WG, Abby und Joshua wohnen aber in einem Zimmer.
Bei der WG handelt es sich eher um eine Zweck-WG. Es gibt keinen Gemeinschaftsraum und wir sind die meiste Zeit in unserem Zimmer. Am Gang oder in der Küche trift man sich manchmal zufällig auf zum reden.
Wir haben augrund der Putzkräfte keinen Putzplan, bei Bedarf kann aber unter Absprache einer eingerichtet werden.

Right now there are four people leaving in the flat. Joshua and Abby, a couple from Ecuador, are about 30 years old and are studying. Eliza is in her 50s but will move out soon as well.
Actually the flat is only for 3 people, but Abby and Joshua are living in one room.
It's a residential community on a purpose basis. So there isn't any community room and we spent most of the time in our own room.Sometimes we meet casually at the corridor or at the kitchen and have a short chat.
Due to the cleaners we don't have any cleaning plan. But there is the possibility to start one.

Im Keller gibt es gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschinen, zu nutzen mit einer Guthabenkarte.
Es gibt einen Innenhof, in dem man ein Fahrrad abstellen kann.
Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim, man kann aber auch als Nicht-Student dort wohnen.
Der Vertrag läuft auf drei Jahre, also ist das Zimmer auf drei Jahre befristet.

Once a week cleaners come for cleaning the flat.
In the cellar are washing machines which can be used with a payment card.
There is a courtyard where bikes can be parked.
The house is a residential accommodation for students but there is the possibility to use a room without being a student.
The agreement is valid for three years, so the room can be used for 3 years.
