Willkommen zu unserer gemütlichen WG!!! Dein Zimmer ist ca 18m² groß, hat 2 große Fenstern und ist mit einer zweiten Etage/Galerie ausgestattet. Die Etage/Galerie hat noch einmal zusätzlich 4-5qm und kann entweder als Stauraum genutzt werden.
Da unser Mitbewohnerin (Architekturstudentin) für 2 Monate in die USA geht, dürfen die Möbel mitbenutzt werden. Wir sind sonst sehr entspannte Studenten (Bio/Sport Lehramt und Umweltingenieurswissenschaften) und genießen unseren Sommer gerne draußen. Es wird im Sommer eher ruhig in der WG sein, da immer wer mal nicht da sein wird.
Die Dauer kann individuell abgesprochen werden, auch wenn du nur für einen Monat bleiben solltest… auch die Tage davor/danach sind durch Absprache variierbar (ca. Zeitraum frühestens 12. Juli - spätestens 20. September).

Your room is about 18m², has 2 large windows and is equipped with a second floor/gallery. The floor/gallery has an additional 4-5 square meters and can be used as storage space.
Since our roommate (architecture student) is going to the USA for 2 months, the furniture can be shared. We are otherwise very relaxed students (biology/sports teaching and environmental engineering) and like to enjoy our summer outside. It will be rather quiet in the shared flat in the summer, as there will always be someone who will not be there for a few days.
The duration can be arranged individually, even if you only stay for a month... the days before/after can also be varied by arrangement (in the period July 15th - September 15th).

Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Badezimmer, zwei separate WCs und einen geräumigen Flur mit insgesamt 85m².

The apartment has a total of 3 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, two separate toilets and a spacious hallway with a total of 85m².
Unsere Küche ist voll ausgestattet und ist DER Ort wo wir uns am meisten begegnen (da wir keinen Wohnzimmer haben was wir aber nicht vermissen). Es sind vorhanden: Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine.
Unser Bad besteht aus einer Badewanne mit Dusche, Waschbecken und separater Toilette. Zusätzlich haben wir eine zweite Toilette, was total super ist.

Our kitchen is fully equipped and is THE place where we meet the most (since we don't have a living room, which we don't miss). There are: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave and washing machine.
Our bathroom consists of a bath with shower, sink and separate toilet. In addition, we have a second toilet, which is really great.
