Das Zimmer ist 10m2 groß und wird möbliert übergeben ( Kleiderschrank, Bett, und Schreibtisch). Es ist perfekt für alle die kurzfristig nach Wien kommen und eine Bleibe suchen oder vorhaben ihren Aufenthalt verlängern zu wollen. Du kannst es entweder von August- September als Zwischenmieter beziehen oder den Vertrag verlängern lassen. :)
The room is 10m2 in size and will be handed over furnished (wardrobe, bed and desk). It is perfect for anyone coming to Vienna for short notice and looking for somewhere to stay or planning to extend their stay. You can either move into the room from August to September as an interim tenant or extend the contract. :)
Die Straßenbahnen 43( Schottentor) und 9 (Westbahnhof) sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar, die 2 ( Dornbach) kann in 4 Minuten erreicht werden und zur Bushaltestelle 10A ( Heilligenstadt) läuft man ca. 6 Minuten. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bipa, Billa, Billa Plus, Lidl und viele Weitere.
The trams 43 (Schottentor) and 9 (Westbahnhof) can be reached in 2 minutes, the 2 (Dornbach) can be reached in 4 minutes and it takes about 6 minutes to walk to the bus stop 10A (Heilligenstadt). Near the apartment are many shops such as Bipa, Billa, Billa Plus, Lidl and many more.
Du wirst mit drei Jungs und drei Mädchen zusammenwohnen. Das Wg- Leben ist ziemlich entspannt, manchmal treffen wir uns in der Küche zum reden oder unternehmen etwas gemeinsam. Das alles ist aber auf freiwilliger Basis, wenn du deine Ruhe brauchst kannst du dich jeder Zeit in dein Zimmer zurückziehen. Leider erlaubt unser Vermieter nur Studenten in der Wohnung, weswegen es Voraussetzung ist, dass du studieren musst oder wirst.
You will live with three boys and three girls. The WG life is pretty relaxed, sometimes we meet in the kitchen to talk or do something together. But all this is on a voluntary basis, if you need some rest you can withdraw to your room at any time. Unfortunately, our landlord only allows students in the apartment, which is why it is a prerequisite that you have to or will study.
