The room is very spacious with beautiful wooden floor and two big windows. There is also an inner closet in the wall.
Die Wohnung ist nur zwei Minuten von der U6 und 43er Bim Station Alser Straße entfernt. 3 Minuten fußläufig befinden sich zwei Hofer, ein Interspar mit unglaublichem Angebot und sogar eine Tankstelle, die auch mal zur späten Stunde für Snacks kaufen, oder sonntags sehr praktisch genutzt werden kann. Ein Highlight bietet der Brunnenmarkt am Yppenplatz, welcher eine Vielfalt an frischen günstigen Lebensmitteln und Kulturangebot bietet. Der Yppenplatz ist voller Bars, Cafes und Restaurants, also die Lage bietet einfach alles was man sich wünschen würde. Für weitere Geheimtipps einfach mit den anderen besprechen ;)
We're a very chill flat and consider ourselves pretty close to each other although we all have completely different schedules & interests as well. However, we still get to catchupoften while cooking in the kitchen or in our massive living room with a glass of wine or a nice cold beer :)
You should be ok with us smoking in the flat.
