The windows open to the courtyard of the apartment building, the noise of the street you do not hear here at all. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer liegt im Hochparterre eines kürzlich sanierten Altbaus und ist nach Süden orientiert. Die Fenster öffnen sich zum Hof des Wohnhauses, den Lärm der Straße hört man hier gar nicht. Das Zimmer ist von der Vermieterin möbliert und verfügt über Bett, Kommode, Spiegel, Lampe, Tisch und Stuhl.
The apartment building is located in the inner-city part of Hernals, the 17th district. The connection to the public transport is very good, the next Bim stop is 2 minutes away on foot. To the subway stop Alserstraße you need about 4 minutes. Next to the house is a gas station, the next supermarket is an Interspar on the opposite side of the street, the next Hofer is on the other side of the block. In the house there are more apartments for rent to (international) students.

Das Wohnhaus liegt am innerstädtischen Teil von Hernals, dem 17. Bezirk. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut, die nächste Bim-Haltstelle ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Alserstraße brauchst du ca 4 Minuten. Neben dem Haus ist eine Tankstelle, der nächste Supermarkt ist ein Interspar auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, der nächste Hofer liegt auf der anderen Seite des Blocks. Im Haus werden weitere Wohnungen an (internationale) Studierende vermietet.
Your two roommates Patricia and Luca are also studying. Everyone is always open-minded and friendly, especially Patricia would love to have someone to explore Vienna with - she also recently moved in for an internship.
We have always divided the housework flexibly among ourselves, for cleaning the shared rooms a cleaning team included in the rent comes every two weeks.

Deine beiden Mitwohner:innen Patricia und Luca studieren ebenfalls. Alle sind immer aufgeschlossen und freundlich, besonders Patricia würde sich auf eine Person freuen, mit der sie Wien erkunden kann - auch sie ist erst kürzlich für ein Praktikum eingezogen.
Die Hausarbeit haben wir immer flexibel untereinander aufgeteilt, für die Reinigung der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume kommt alle zwei Wochen ein in der Miete inbegriffenes Reinigungsteam.
Since my Erasmus semester in Vienna will end soon, we are looking for a new tenant for my room. The move-in date would be possible at the 1st of August (flexible +/- 2 weeks), the move-out date is completely flexible but limited to a maximum of 2 years. Unfortunately, the landlady only wants to rent to students, so the room is especially suitable for you if you only want to live in Vienna for a shorter period of time.
Another room in the shared flat will also be available soon, we will also be looking for an occupant for it.

Da mein Erasmus-Semester in Wien bald endet suchen wir eine:n Nachmieter:in für mein Zimmer. Das Einzugsdatum wäre ab dem 1.8. möglich (+/- 2 Wochen), das Auszugsdatum ist komplett flexibel jedoch auf maximal 2 Jahre begrenzt. Die Vermieterin möchte jedoch leider ausschließlich an Studierende vermieten, das Zimmer eignet sich also besonders dich, falls du nur eine kürzere Zeit in Wien wohnen willst.
Ein weiteres Zimmer in der WG wird ebenfalls bald frei, ein:e Bewohner:in dafür werden wir ebenfalls suchen.
