There are two rooms free from End of July/Beginning of August. The smaller one having 12, the larger one 22 squaremeters. Both have Windows facing east so they are quite sunny in the morning. Over all rent for the flat is 1100, Split in 340 for the small, 380 for the 2 big rooms(Caution 3000: 1050/1050/900). The price includes a cleaning woman coming once per week, electricity, heat, water and Ethernet. Most of the Furniture will stay in the rooms- the bed, the Table and the closet will definitely have to stay since we have to give them back as we move out (i have one of theese Beds in my room as well but built it down and put the parts under my New bigger bed).
The location is very reachable. We have the tramway-line 43 and 9 in ~5min distance, so is the bus line 10A.
Since the flat is quite cozy i wish for flatmates that i can trust in and that i can have a familial relationship with. i appreciate a respektfull and considerate environment. I am an open and welcoming person, harmony is very important to me so i am sure we can figure out our way of living together (up until this point we never needed a "cleaning plan" f.e. but i am open to figure one out if you would prefer to have one)

Talking about me: I am 24 years old, studying in Vienna since 2 years Psychologie- having moved here from Germany. I am Working in Market-Research right now next to my studies. Also I have worked as a Bartender for 3 years so i can always make some nice Drinks for us :) . As a flat i like to go go on some Exkursions together or play games or just sit together and chat about the day.
